Thirty feet high in the tallest tree for miles I baited my prey below. Take a long ride on the spear with a spear cam attached. Insane hunting at its best. The African animals are elusive but eventually the blades struck home!
Tim never disappoints, every episode is so well edited and filmed. He’s living the life I’m sure most of us would want to, roaming the lands and harvesting amazing and unique animals off of the beautiful landscapes that you see in documentaries.
I have been watching Tim since 2008 and this is without a doubt THE modern day Robinhood.. unreal with stick and string!! Tim your the man! Thanks, from a long time fan
Practice is part of the experience. I hit a golf ball off a t at 60 yards with a crappy old bow after a half bottle of wild turkey. My buddies didn't think i could do it.
Those spears sure are deadly. You are a master of all forms of hunting. There are very few hunters with your level of skills. Most hunters focus on bow or gun hunting but you are a Jack of all trades. Great video!
@@stylo7805 everyone leaves of the end of that saying so I will enlighten you. “ A jack of all trades is the master of none, but oftentimes better than a master of one”
Love the spear hunting, it’s amazing and really levels the field. It’s got to be the best feeling to hit a animal with the perfect shot and take it home
I could watch this all day ...I did wath this all day and got paid, warehouse, since covid know one delivers that much these days easy peasy ...so Tim it is , blame the game not the player
As someone from south africa but live in new zealand I'm thoroughly enjoying your african videos. I've never hunted but want to try, just cant afford it so watching the videos is exciting. Awesome videos.
@@kusukacolaylowlee1611 me? I dont hunt yet I'm looking at starting hopefully soon. There is some incredible hunting opportunity here in nz. Loads of deer , wild pigs , ducks, goats. You name it.
I love hunting videos. I've always been wondering, does it have some sort of poison on the spear's tip? or like arrow tip? because they died on themselves or is it blood loss?
@@tracerbuzz8362 no there isn’t poison in his spear it would ruin the meat. It’s blood loss the spear also moves around inside and causes intestinal damage
Did you camp out for the 3 days or did you get picked up at the end of each day? Be pretty exciting to camp somewhere with that many animals roaming around
Seriously man aren't you ashamed to ask to another man about how to sharpen blades I mean firstable if you didn't master such basic skills at your grown age that's extremely worrisome also you should leave hunting alone and try other things who knows maybe knitting sweaters is the kind of skills that you need to learn instead...🤷🏾♂️
@@imjusthere7502 IMH, I think (hope) he's just joking a bit. @ Abby, just search here on YT how to sharpen a knife to razor's edge and you will learn all you need to know.
I know it has nothing to do with this Video Tim but I know a while ago you were looking for a way to improve fishing darts for more penetration. In my experience Feathered Darts work better than plastic ended ones, the feather gives less resistance once it hits the water.
Tim that stand looked like an old treehouse I tried to build for myself 40 or so years ago!! Glad your outcome was better than my scraped up body when it fell!!!....
Its true. If there isn't enough food and water for a group of animals it leads to starvation/dying of thirst. Which is a slow death to start with. But the weakened animals also will have weakened immune systems leading to disease that can spread quickly. By culling a few of a herd, the remaining members are able to better make use of the resources available. Which means that the animals overall are healthier and able to fend off disease, hunger, and thirst. Its a balance. And since these animals dont have the land that they used to have, its important to maintain the land that they do have so that they're able to survive. The main cause of animal extinction is loss of habitat and poaching. Legal hunting helps preserve species. And conservation departments say how many and of what gender we can take.
I saw right away that that deer got hit in the back where it was just hitting stomach and intestines. But you could tell it was still a good kill shot.
