WBTB, or the Wake Back to Bed technique, one of the simplest and easiest beginner methods that can show you how to lucid dream. All you need is an alarm clock and some free time, and you'll be able to lucid dream tonight if all goes well. The WBTB technique is simply, and once you've learned how to WBTB you'll be able to practice it every night.
