Well it's their 3rd show. The only reason why WCPW had a big crowd last week is,that they had Lethal&Dar on their show. The crowd will be bigger once they have their first Champion
true and i know some guys in what culture say there will be lost of female talent and tag teams to create their woman and tag team titles and division. i think in my honest opinion that this will do very well once all their titles are crowned. cause its always hard when you first start because you have nothing going your way. no exposure, no experience and no story line and characters that you have to make. sorry for the long comment
There was 3 tapings all together. There was the first night which was advertised, then one the next morning which wasnt, then another one at the night time which was. This one was the morning taping. They offered free admission to this one the night before, but most people would have had work and whatever else stopping them from coming at short notice.
I was confused when Damo became Jack's guy, because I wasn't interested in a heel vs heel fight for the title. But Damo is actually surprisingly funny. I dig him as a face.
You are dreaming to far ahead, they are just in the beggining of their production, BUT, if this continues and develops into something better and bigger it could actually be on tv, but only after 3-4 or more years.
I doubt that will happen since ligero isn't part of ROH and Jay probably was scripted to say that to make it have a good ending. notice the "while I'm champion you will have a chance"
This definetely will not come as as surprise and most of u will probably feel the same but, so far, I'm enjoying WCPW WAY fucking more than WWE or any other wrasslin promotions at the minute really
I'll be honest here... While I wasn't sure if Adam Blampied's chops would be quite up to commentary, he's actually pretty good. He was effectively putting over both competitors, even though one is in a feud with the guy he manages. And he didn't mention Mountain Dew or #socialmedia once!
I feel like Drake is that guy who forever sits in the midcard, with one of the best damn entrances in the company. Like Bray Wyatt and Kevin Owens, but for WCPW and not as awesome as Wyatt and Owens
Did Drake just job to Damo? Also, wonderful spot with Lethal. It was thanks to his match with Ligero last week that got me watching RoH, and noe one week later, a bunch of VODs on RoH wrestling and the Best in the World PPV watched afterwards, I am looking forward to that title match at Built to Destroy
If they want improve the commentary. Which some people want too on the comments. They should hire Azzarati the mock commentator. Of course He is from Australia but, He'll be quite interesting with King Ross, Adam Blampid, Simon Miller and Company.
Did I miss something last week? When the fuck did Mr. Suck [Get it? Martin Kirby, Kirby sucks things up, I don't find Mr. Suck entertaining? Hah!] call Adam Pacitti "Adam Parmesan?"
lol that storytelling.."hey, i am new wanna fight?? OK!!!" yay!!!" should have been no promo, let the ring sing. Still shows damo strong and drake gave blood last week and a good in ring match. He has respect coming into the match, that intro promo was flat. Their in ring work would have been all we needed. FYI your mic is a bit low sometimes.
The show was a bit disappointing considering what we saw in the last episode but the show wasn't bad it was average I liked the main event I hate the finish for Martin Kirby vs fake El Ligero i thought it was stupid like martin kirby isn't blind he can see that Ligero was thinner and was more muscular and the ref i understand he got water in his eyes but he couldn't see that El Ligero was wearing different clothes, I liked the commentary because they weren't arguing with each other and King Ross had some really good lines like "I think i saw his nipple fly across the room" and "slapped in the tits" and I can't forget "Adam Blampied has just given birth" I give the show a 6/10
El ligero and Kirby are suppose to have a comedic feud, thats why. Of course that Kirby knew that it was a fat El Ligero, it was the storyline. This feud will get more serious in the next season Im sure.
I agree. Simon was the only one that I've enjoyed til now. We need more play by play. Adam sounds way too much like he's acting, not genuine at all. But oh well. Like, in this match he praises Damo, a lot, then turns around and insults him when the match is over. He should stay with one or the other, not flip flop around.
Jack needs a little more work, and voice, he is too responsive to the crowd, there is a limit, he needs to focus on looking damo good and address a few things.
blampied is a better commentator ....he writes this shit and knows whats going on better but hes got more of a rapport with ross the arguing announcers were fun but i like this better thats not a slight on simon however he was good
