You two have everything you need for a wonderful life in France. The house will keep you very busy but in the meantime you are living with the one you love, you will get to watch your children grow and your life will go on in a beautiful country. Yes, seeing the tree fall through the fence was pretty humbling actually, even at that very well established venue, the work is never done!

Hello Everyone! Of the two places I would have loved to travel to; Italy being one and the other Ireland. A co-worker got the chance to visit Ireland and stayed in a "cold" castle. She said Ireland was absolutely stunning and I believed her! You're a hoot Jack! "Make pasta in the bath all at the same time!" 😂 I have come to believe that frustrations and struggles can be overcome; it's the cost that weighs on us. Whether financially or emotionally! You've got each other, family and health and that is a blessing every day! 🙏

Having been to both Ireland and Italy I can say they are both well worth a visit! Very different but very beautiful and you can't beat the Irish people for warmth and kindness. Thank you for your kind words, agree 100%, we count our blessings every day, that's what makes this fun, and keeps us going!

I was guessing your favourite part was buying new tools. Throwing out stuff would be mine (window or not). Bec's time is coming with the inner design - personally hopeless in that area. Good on you for having a break. Well earnt. Living in the space first has been mentioned by others and I never appreciated the point (keen to get going), but I understand what you are saying. and we were spoilt with lovely weather! it was a good break, got us through January pretty quickly too and now I feel like it's down hill to spring and summer which makes me just so happy! Thanks for the comment.
