It may be one of the most beautiful villages in France but as we set off to find 13 tourist attractions, we find it fraught with danger on the bridge and at the infamous cascades.
Love the way you show us these small and interesting little towns with a bit humour, gives me some comfort that its not only driver's in our country that want to take the pedestrians out of action 😉👍👍👍👍
Hi Mike and Trish. This was a most enjoyable video. Such history and yet again, the most charming village. And you survived crossing the bridge multiple times! Thanks, enjoy your weekend. Happy Easter. Cheers
Mike and Trish…. Your videos are amazing. I’d love you to do a video where you show us what gear you use, how you plan and shoot your videos, and your editing process. You’re naturals! God bless you both.
Thanks so much for the feedback. Since we are a campervan and travel channel, 99% of our viewers are not really interested in what gear we use and the film making process, but I'm sure I will be able to cover it briefly at some point.
I'm loving your vlogs discovering the 'real' France. There is a coveted list of The most beautiful villages of France. My doctor and chemist is situated in another on the list, Lagrasse, between Narbonne and Carcassonne on the map in the Aude, Department 11. Carcassonne old town, the Cité is also worth a visit, it was used in the Kevin Costner film of Robin Hood. I don't know where you are headed next, but I look forward to hearing your tales. Jo in France 🇫🇷
Thanks Jo, there sure are so many beautiful villages, and the French authorities seem to really look after them so well, we are loving every village that we stop at👍🐾💕
Hi Mike and Trisha, fabulous video as always, the only You tubers I press like before I watch your video. The bridge of death seemed a bit fraught.. I don’t do speed, lol. Glad you got your number two .. that made me chuckle.. happy Easter and safe travels. Sue x
Aw thanks Sue, you need to be Usain Bolt to be able to cross that bridge in 20 seconds. I had the number 2 all along and didn't realise it, but managed to get the no 1 at the river 🤣👍🐾💕
What an interesting video!!!having to cross on THE bridge certainly keeps you fit and no need to diet.... the aerial view of the waterfalls were so very pretty as was all the ones of the village, which seems to be clinging to the rocks....keep safe...
Another fantastic video, thank you 😊 I loved the bridge jeopardy. The area is beautiful, topped off by the "Cascades". We love to play "dog olympics" or one bounce and a catch with Bateman 🐶 Happy Easter to you all 🐰 xx
The food in the restaurant looked yummy. Skinny dipping 😂😂. Tricia your French is coming along nicely. The falls looked great, thanks for another fab video. X
Hi Mike and Tricia, another great video and so interesting. Beautifully shot with lovely aerial views, location looks amazing and another added to our list for future reference. Bon journee and look forward to the next video. P.s. think I’ll swim across the river rather than walk over that bridge!!
Hari Om Well done for tackling those cobbled streets - my joints cringed at the sight of them! Certainly an interesting spot. Thanks for taking us along! YAM xx
You really had me jaw-dropped on that number 2 comment! Yes I thought THAT! Glad you cleared it up with number1. LOL. Such a beautiful village with lovely views. Did not see many local folks out & about so surprised you found a restaurant open there. Enjoyed the tour you guys. Stay safe and have fun. Debbie in Kansas.
Thanks Debbie, ha ha I thought some people would raise eyebrows about the number 2. We were also surprised to find the restaurant open and it was a treat for us getting away from the van for an evening 👍🐾💕
What a beautiful village, I love those cypress trees 🌲 They don’t give you chance on that bridge do they 🤷♀️ Stunning place though, the rapids were beautiful. Em 💜
Such a pretty village and hugely grateful to you for your potential sacrifice in obtaining footage of this lovely place for us 😅. I would love to do a trip like yours but not able to at the moment. (brand new shiny hip next Wednesday 😊). Tricia's french is improving all the time. Happy travels
Plenty time for you to have your trips Jane, the important thing is that you take it easy and get used to your new hip. I have 2 friends who have both had that op in the last year, and it has really improved their mobility and no more aches and pains.
@@MikeandTriciaOotnAboot thank you so much for your kind thoughts. I'm so flipping crippled at the moment that when I went for my pre op the physio dept gave me a zimmer frame !! 🙈. I know it's common place now and I'm hoping to be like a mountain goat in no time 🐐 X
Lol😂 loved the bridge of death at the start obviously a fitness bridge for walkers to get you moving Loved the drone shots I like the cafe at the end it must get good reviews lol😂 Take care guys thanks for sharing
Thank you for another great video so disappointed there was no skinny dipping but the stress of watching all the high octane adventures requires me to go off for a lie down to recover 😂😂😂 Great commentary and content please keep them coming 👍👍
Hello You Three - greetings from Poland Skinny Dipping to get higher ratings on RU-vid? - why not? Fabulous video, despite risking life and limb crossing that bridge numerous times. What a beautiful village. The Cascades weren;t bad either. All in all, a great place to visit especailly following the 13 points of interest.
Thanks Michael, we got 12/13 which was not bad. It was going to be too far to go back for the one we missed. Us skinny dipping would likely scare off our viewers🤣👍🐾💕
