What a fool! A maker of the law but who does not understand the law! If you are aggrieved by the court decision, you are entitled to appeal it but not disregard court decisions or orders.

If the money was in the budget, and you the very MPs were not able to notice that money was in the budget, and you passed it. It means MPs are useless interms of reviewing and debating because you don't know what you pass.
