If srk eats like sonia his body fat percentage would be 30% plus easily like her. Srk eats only twice a day and always likes to leave some space in his stomach as he believes one third of stomach should remain empty. His meals are really basic. It consists of sprouts, grilled chicken, daal and broccoli. He drinks a lot of black coffee throughout the day which his assistant makes for him.
