Nice camera setup, Ziggy! I really like the constant power charge that you have going to the new dji cam. Don't have to keep swappin out batteries every 30 mins! Good thinkin. One complaint I have about my newer gopro is that the batteries don't last long. I need to get a couple more and keep a multi battery charging station onboard. Man, I can't wait to get out there again! Of course, always awesome to see Buddy in the mix as well! ⛵🤙
the battery on my dji 3 lasts over an hour and a half. I have been swapping out the batts as I go. they charge up faster than the cam uses them. The action 1 cam burns up a batt in an hour or less so the charging cord went back on duty. Been running the cord for yrs. it doesnt charge the battery in the cam while videoing but powers the cam. I lost my DJi action 1 cam last weekend when we lost Alex's Wolfden boat on the rocks. I lost about a grand in camera gear when that boat broke up on the rocks...... but more on that later....
Keep bringing the smiles brother. Had a vodka lemonade just before hearing about your vodka lemonade. Hope part two envolved a pitstop at the sweet camper 🤣.
Zig, oh man - these videos started out fantastic, yet you have managed to kick it up quite a few notches! Loving it!! I have a couple of comments: The overexposure setting would be perfect for the TX200 video; make people feel more in touch with the South Texas sun in June. This run here looks like recon for the TX300...
Ziggy sure hope you get back to Surfside when the days get longer. The Jetty Shack is my favorite Burger joint in the area and they have a pretty dang good Philly Cheese steak also.
It will happen. we just need longer days or better wind. it was a 50/50 but I had high hopes. the flood gates would have stopped us on this run anyway. I will make it work in the future. Thanks for the shout!
