I rememnber the first tour of the old farm house, and I thought,,,oh my,,,what a lot of work, and you guys soldiered through and made it into a beautiful home. I have no doubt you will work your magic again with the energy and drive you both have as one powerful team!!! Congratulations. You are very inspiring to other young couples.

It has good bones. If anybody can give this lovely, historical place a second life it is you two. Looking forward to watching it happen.

This is Zeb. The garage conversation about junk was just banter, a joke. It’s as much my junk and furniture as it is hers. Half the time I’m the one buying it. There isn’t anywhere else to store it that doesn’t involve going up and down stairs. So we will store it in the garage to save our backs and because that’s where I will work on it. I’m sorry if it came off like it was all Jami’s junk. Also the whole church is not hers. It is for our business. This is what supports our family and what we both do for a living. Thank’s Zeb

If you use that basement for store warehouse, everything will smell musty. Store and package items upstairs ! This will be a fun project to watch. Have fun! Demo time!!

this church is STUNNING. The outside colours of the bricks beautiful....gosh there is a lot of work to do, but it is going to be so worth it...there are some stunning architectural features...it is going to take lots of money to fix it up but it is going to be one of the best investments. ..your structural engineer and if you don't have one please get one coz your architect are going to have lots of work to do...looks like you need a work crew of people to clean things out first, lots of junk and dirt and lots of little repairs...where do you start....I'd start with Zeb's workshop and your son Harrison's cottage, without a workshop it is very difficult to have a safe place to store tools and building supplies necessary for the renovation, and you might need someone living on the site for security reasons also, then get a good security cctv system installed.

When you put your mark on it..it will be fabulous

As I said before I use to travel by this when I would go to the Lehi Art Center. So when you first said an old church I knew exactly where it was. I was so fascinated by the building. I am very happy for you to be renovating this into your new shop. It will be absolutely incredible. Maybe you could have craft shows or farmers markets during the summer outside.

Oh My Goodness! What a beautiful Adventure!! I love seeing how excited you both are about this remodel and can't wait to see your dreams come alive. My husband and I are renovating an 1907 Mortuary into our dream home and we are loving every minute of it. Every project has it's challenges but it's so much fun coming up with a new and inventive way of looking at a space.

Now I totally understand your excitement and smiles on your faces ! Our old Church was sold to an older couple who sells antique, nothing close to what you guys do. Never been back to it.. I think they closed with the C virus… they had just opened that Fall before … I can’t wait for videos of this project ! Simply …”OH MY YOU HAVE A GEM IN THIS CHURCH “ .. Don’t worry, that paint will come right off the floors. I painted my floors and black and then stripped them later when I was ready to sell my house, it was a piece of cake. All those windows freak me out though Lol
