It's a trick 😊 Claudia said it a while ago. When you hang your hangers the other way around over a year, you can easily see what you are actually wearing 🙌🏻 I do this for so many years now, and it helps me to get rid of clothes from time to time 😋

Claudia hangs them that way so that when you have worn a shirt, you hang it back normal.. That way you know which shirts you've worn and which ones you haven't.

Mate this is a really smart way tbh. I do the same thing. You hang them up this way and wear your stuff. After washing you hang them up the other way and see what you've worn before and what you haven't in months. Get rid of the stuff you haven't worn in ages as you will most likely not wear it again anyway x

thank you so much for talking about your ovarian cyst. i’ve had endo for as long as i can remember and i’m only 17, the pain is excruciating to the point some days i can’t even function or get out of bed. no one really understands or knows about them and i think it’s so good that your including your story about them in here. so much love for you 🧡 (and finneas too) enjoy your new house!

Ovarian cysts are really painful when they rupture but I had drs tell me oh its normal you're just sensitive but it happens, nope! It's not normal or right its painful and debilitating I recently also had surgery to remove a polyp I had a dilation and curettage and hysteroscopy so hopefully this helps my symptoms and fertility, I was told I have endometriosis but its just a probability not a diagnosis yet
