Moving forward, I think I'd like to record and have edited a series (or atleast a nice chunk of it) before I start uploading it. I could tell yall really rocked with the upload schedule on this being back to back, and I want that same feeling for games moving forward! So if you see me uploading a lot of one off games, just know that in the background we working on gathering a series so it feels like a community experience again!! We was all watching like this TV lol much love yall this was a fire game!!

idk if anybody noticed, but at the very beginning of the game, the painting situated right above the couch had just two fully grown trees, the one above where the wife sits, representing her, and the bigger one above where the husband sits, representing him. then later on, after the husband is told by the wife about the pregnancy, a little tree appeared right between the two bigger trees, obviously signifying the husband, wife, and the pregnancy [the wife tree even scooted in closer to the other two trees]. but, after the game continued on even though the fake cop didn’t kill the husband and wife, the trees started to decay more, the baby tree and the wife tree having completely no leaves but the husband tree still had some left. and after the wife finds out everything, the painting is was situated in winter, with the baby tree completely gone and the wife and father tree completely lacking leaves, plus the wife tree distanced itself away from the husband tree. this tiny detail is now one of my most favorite parts about this game, it just really shows the attention to detail and effort put into this whole thing.

Even though Berlin can sometimes have us screaming at our phones and computers. You got to admit that his ability to piece things together in these games in a short amount of time is great

i’m not exactly sure when but notice how after you tell her that you’re her brother and that you killed her father, when you hover over her name it doesn’t say “wife” it says “her”. that touch is so bone chilling. this game is truly a masterpiece. i would love to see more of your commentary but i could tell the game was dragging a bit with the repetition so i’d rather you watch the alternate endings.

I think the two doors on the outside of the apartment represent his potential futures. Either the one w/ the family to the left where they could be together, or him all alone w/ nothing there to the right. Excellent writing bro, and the Berlin’s gameplay was really top notch, i haven’t been so excited for a video to drop since TLOU

coming from someone with half siblings, berlin’s obsession with having them end up together threw me off lmao. i enjoyed this ending and i love to see him figure out the other endings!

So these time loops is basically the father hypnotizing Donald with scenarios/endings to see how them being together would play out? Also, I feel that we’re lacking info about the “cop”

Disassociative amnesia sometimes when someone goes through a traumatic experience their mind will not have the ability to cope with it and they will forget the experience all together. The main character clearly suffers from this.

This is one of the most interesting games ive seen in a while- and with berlin playing makes it even better

Berlin’s decisions can be questionable(cue Until Dawn & Detroit lol) but I like how unique his decisions are. His commentary is hilarious & inquisitive and his decisions(the normals ones not when he’s just full on wildin) truly showcase how he would approach a situation in similar circumstances. Imo his playthroughs are so entertaining because of how invested he is in both the storyline & characters🐐.

This was so good I couldn't even look at the comments the entire series because I was so immersed!! Great gameplay ♡

33:14 I feel like someone else might've explained it, but the dad and cop sound the same bc they're actually the same person. From what I understand, this time loop is just happening in the husband's head (in the second version of the flashback, which I think is actually the "present," the dad goes "There he is, are you back?"). The husband has just found out he and his then-girlfriend are siblings (the dad says "This isn't how I wanted you to find out"), and is desperately trying to imagine a way for them to have a happy future despite the fact, but the cop continuously barging in for the purpose of trying to save his daughter's life represents the dad interfering to try and keep his kids from ruining their lives. The only way to keep the dad from interfering would be to kill him and let the secret go to the grave with him, so in the husband's fantasy he kills the dad in self-defense when the dad ultimately attacks him for wanting to stay with the wife. But because no one else knew the affair baby existed, the blame would always go to his wife, so the only options would be to let her die for his crime, reveal the truth and lose her anyway because she's disgusted by him, or wait until the cop exposes him later (the cop promises to find the brother, with the nanny as his starting lead. Considering he managed to find the wife, it probably wouldn't take long for him to discover the truth about the husband. I feel like this mostly just represents the idea that the truth would come out sooner or later, it's unavoidable, which is why the loop restarts even when the situation is resolved peacefully). The only way all three of them walk away alive and potentially with a happy future is if the husband never goes through with being with his sister, and the loop breaks because he's finally given up the fantasy

Berlin, there's technically seven different endings to the game, but only four of them actually break the loop, and for one of those four you would have to completely restart the game to before you even started looping back in the first place. You've actually already gotten three of the "endings", it's just two of them really didn't seem like endings. Sorry if this is confusing.

This game was crazy i wanna see you try to get as many endings as you can cause this ending was lowkey a cliffhanger
