If you want to learn how to introduce longevity into your clinic but feel overwhelmed with conflicting information then I'm hosting a webinar with Dr Nichola on the 28th May especially for clinicians to help you get started. This webinar will help ANY medical injector get started in longevity whether you're a beginner or advanced. Sign up to be notified when webinar registration goes live here: shorturl.at/etEM3
In this episode Tim dives deep into Dr Nichola's background in cellular aging and drug development to understand how she has become a longevity expert and entrepreneur. Tim uncovers why she ditched drug development and reveals the crazy truths about anti aging science. They also discuss the revelation that it IT IS possible to reverse our biological age but why so many people out there are sceptical to believe it.

My neighbour is 93, he still works as an engineer(hydraulics), owns a German shepherd (‘only ONE now because he is in his 90s’), missing some parts of fingers due to the job, and the only issues he has had is removal of facial cancers. He is a self confessed sun worshipper. He has a smartphone, uses the internet, fixes broken things, ….He drives a big American Ute. Which he just changed the motor in. And changed the starter in his vintage Drott bulldozer. And rides a quad motorbike to run his dog everyday. (We live rurally). I take my son there for burgers on the bbq , etc, each week. I am from Africa and my grand parents' generation lived up to their 90s and 100s!! They ate organic food including all their chicken, goat, beef and they only used cows butter from their grass fed cows. They walked everywhere apart from when they came to the capital!!😊. They beleived in God and therefore, tried to reduce stress through faith. No sugar apart from that from fruits and honey from their hives. I also recall eating from home made beautiful clay pots and no microwaves!! However, today's generation, which is more developed, over "vaccined"... is suffering from cancers, diabetes, obesity, strokes, heart attacks... Nonetheless, a great majority live a simple and healthy life with very clean air!!!( yes, in africa!) My humble observation is that we would live longer if we were to respect nature, eat natural to the best of our capacity, ALWAYS move our bodies,... Praising the universe, or God if one is religious by feeling gratitude in order to give our genes a good environnement is crucial. Scientists have discovered that the emotion of gratitude has the power to release stress as one stays in the present...

You got it just right, mate. The biggest ageing overall factor is urban sedentary life (or farming or mining...), disconnected from nature, land, body. See the other comment on a hydraulics engineer of 90yo: he lives on land. That's what the majority of urbanites have lost: access to land. (Have to sacrifice your body for the money to buy the land... which becomes unaffordable faster than you can ever earn money.

Three days before death, he stopped eating and drinking. He insisted one of his neighbours to be called for saying sorry for his harsh words 36 years ago.. He had died peacefully!! In the evening, before full moon, in front of his 4 daughters, one son, and their children! In his funeral more than 3000 people joined, although he had been living alone for last 40 years after death of his wife (my grandmother), meeting almost no one. We live now, in the present moment, and the quality and duration of life is laid down in your subconscious. If you watch videos of people 60+ who have maintained strength, energy and health, a program for strength, energy and health will be laid in your subconscious. And if you apply useful tips proven by experience, this will only strengthen you on the path to longevity. I invite you to watch my videos!

Imagine that you gave someone you love very much the most incredibly wonderful, personalized gift that you could find. Wouldn't you want them to appreciate it so much that they made the most of it and did everything they could to make it last a long time? Think of this gift as your physical life that has been given to your soul. I believe it's our responsibility to do whatever we can to nurture our lives and the lives of others as long as we can. It's not about vanity or conceit or self absorption. It's about respect for life. None of us created our life. Your physical life is a gift to your soul, an opportunity to experience the physical. Implicit in cherishing life is nurturing it the best we can at every stage, even old age. I totally understand about the rejection many people have towards the concept of longevity. I've been interested in longevity since in 1990s when I was in my 30s. Somehow some people think it's immoral to pursue longevity. So how about presenting it to them as prolonging health span? None of us want to become debilitated and end up suffering and spending all of our money on sick care. Nobody wants to become a burden on their families. Despite all of my efforts to maintain my health span, in my 50s I became sick. First it was arthritis. Then, a cardiac spasm that was misdiagnosed leading in short order to cardiac arrest. I'm here and surprisingly healthy due to the grace of God. He put me in the right place at the right time. Then, at age 65, I was diagnosed with breast cancer. Fortunately, it was early stage and I seem to be doing well today. But I don't take my health for granted. I'm always looking out for ways to improve my health. Life is good as long as we are healthy.

Having had two grandmothers that lived very long lives,107 and 99, I know that getting old can be challenging. It is the quality of your life as you age that is important. I choose to live as long as possible so I can continue to do new things. If my grandmothers had been given the opportunity to live longer and be healthy they would have taken that choice. My one grandmother at age 107 told me she did not want to die because there were things she still wanted to do. Aging is a disease that needs to be cured. Lobby and write your political representatives to recognize aging as a disease so that research on aging can get the funding it needs.

@DrTimPearce. Well, you seem smuggly happy with living, Where’s the Compassion?… what about the many who are not so fortunate and nothing to do with health! What about those who actually find joy ever diminishing in the ‘modern’ way we live. Usually diminished due to factors outside their own power - … eg the food, when affording enough, or for the savvy, some affording only the rubbish while media throws healthy eating in their faces. Parents knowing even the healthy stuff is full of pesticides but no alternatives, (organic apples are sprayed etc!), , and housing- no noise insulation - noise from neighbours living ridiculous hours, public greenery soaked in glyphosate by councils, school carcinogenic AstroTurf banned elsewhere but not in UK, kids who won’t eat good food, new people being housed while locals aren’t, travel to work getting longer, media pressure to do what many can’t afford, Gp appointments overwhelmed, and the list goes on. ARE YOU SO TOTALLY UNAWARE of how many people see ‘living’, Are you doing anything to change the real parameters affecting wellbeing and therefore health or just hoping to add to the make buck economy with a business in selling yet more ‘sticky plasters’. Will your ‘solutions’ beat these ever increasing assaults on the human condition, without bringing them into the picture .

The brilliance of Bryan Johnson is he knows what he's doing is not for everyone, however, he is able to break it down for the average person to make changes that can greatly improve their health. I think his greatest achievement so far is debunking all the newer therapies as "on the margin showing improvements that can be measured" but not enough to be scientifically proven to show dramatic decline in overall markers. Things like red light, cold plunges, etc. All good on the margin but you are better off with other efforts. It's interesting stuff and not very complicated but people generally don't like something that requires a little effort on their part. To each his/her own.

I reversed age without drugs and other treatments. I went form mid age female of being born in 1969 knocking off over 30+ years from Dec 2023 going in to 2024 of June. I used meditation, mind over matter and subliminal. Not only did I mentally reverse age but physically also. I now look like young adult teen girl. I am now so super depressed because I wanted to talk with all the research teams, Dr's and be a test subject. I want to make a huge difference in the world to help better it. This sucks I want to cry. I love to get more in to research of the advancement of anti-aging and immortality. I am also depressed because my father has late-stage dementia. This makes me want to be part of team of to help speed up and promote anti-ageing so people can live better life and cure disease from the effects of aging and getting old. I would love to be a test subject. If someone out there would respond back to me, that would mean a lot to me.

@@muhammadalieesaa3379 I hope we can pass this knowledge on as many people as we can because people do not have to age get old and die of illness. Who says that we must do these things, it’s society. Why does society expect us because they have been brainwashed by the system. The system does this, so that they keep onto the Earth, and be enslaved indefinitely.

I agree that targeting the “root cause” of disease states so common now should be our goal to help people improve their quality of life and their thriving longevity. But in my opinion, aging is simply another symptom of the real root causes. Instead, the more effective focus needs to be on what interferes with the healthy functioning of the 70 trillion cells in each of our bodies. Particularly in the holistic health sciences fields, there are increasing numbers of clinical studies focused on the modern impact (onslaught) of increasing environmental toxins (such as heavy metals, mold, glyphosate, EMFs, and others). Also in the crosshairs of holistic health practitioners are the effects of trauma (physical, chemical, emotional, energetic) on our overall and physiological health. It’s important to understand these two areas separately but also in terms of how their chronic effects are amplified when they occur simultaneously. I was glad to hear this conversation. But these two, and more and more like them who are asking these questions, who come from the conventional medical fields of allopathic medicine and big pharma, are late to the game. And according to my take on their focus, they are still searching in the dark. Yes, it’s good that they are in the process of the expanded learning journeys of their own individual self-education. But it seems they also remain hampered by their medical/big pharma training, which to me is a small dark box of trained limited (inaccurate) thinking from which to be searching for answers to the questions they are posing. To be blunt, in my experience, the conventional, western, pharma-based allopathic model of medicine is arguably THE MOST brainwashed of ANY profession on planet Earth. To my point, they make no mention, in their discussion of DNA, of the now abundantly researched area of epigenetics. Yes, understanding genetic propensities is important. But you won’t have the full picture of either disease or restoring/maintaining health until you know how environmental factors impact genetic expression. Again, I’m glad to hear this conversation. But like so many things in our world, all too often it can be better to clear away our foundations and preconceived thinking to have a better starting place for our inquiries into the questions of life. One such foundational pillar of modern scientific thinking is the supremacy of our human deductive thinking. Much greater sages than me have said that the mind is a wonderful servant and a terrible master. In my own life, I’ve come to see that, while my mind is key, it’s my intuition (my internal guidance system) that must be my primary guide in all of life. And for our intuition to be such an effective guide, most often we must retrain ourselves in the fine-tuned and effective exercising of our intuition.

I really feel that if people understand 'health span', they will want to be a part of age reversal medicine. I'm a massive fan, as well as a customer of Dr Conlons', using her Nuchido Time + which switches biological pathways back on, that I didn't know had turned off or dialled down. Experiencing how it feels, as these pathways are restoring themselves is incredibly relieving. Cognitively and physically, the same tasks are becoming easier to do because my physiological function is more effective. My health and therefore span of health is being extended. This, more than just living longer is critical in enjoying life. Why would you want to spend more time than you need in suffering or even dis-function when you could be happier and more physiologically self-efficient?

According to Jeff Bowles, its the change in the ratio of the "good" hormones (Melatonin, DHAE) to the "bad" ones (Luteneising hormone, Follicle Stimulating hormone). Of course that then begs the question of what causes the shift in hormone production? Many have suggested a "clock" in the Hypothalamus. There could also be a "clock" in the ratio of certain factors in the blood, according to the therapeutic plasma exchange people. Then there's the epigenetic changes which may be a cause or a reflection of aging, depending on who you talk to. Dr David Sinclair has made bold claims about resetting epigenetic patterns bringing about restoration of function. Others are skeptical and point to his commercial interests. There are anecdotal reports of women taking large amounts of NAD precursors and allegedly reversing menopause. So, plenty to stir into this complex plot! I'm sure all the above are related in some profound way, along with possibly other factors we are yet to identify.

Mum passed away with dementia, influenza (+ a late/token covid tag on the death certificate) in Jan-2024. As I recognised her sad journey through these conditions in some of my own disposition, I finally decided to act to improve my own health. Settled on the Carnivore diet with a good/moderate exercise regime. Have lost 30kg in 5-6 months & am feeling healthier/younger because of this. There is some discipline to my regime, but I feel it's sustainable & can highly recommend the Carnivore diet to anyone looking for options to attend to their ageing health. I gauge the perspective expressed in this interview takes a broader perspective than my actions conveyed here, & would still adopt some skeptisizm for any unnatural approaches to the quest for immortality beyond our reproductive function. That said, I find the topic to be a healthier roadmap than that imposed by the official health industry we are currently afflicted with. Eg. I'm aware that some innovative Aged Care Health Managers have made strides in reversing dementia symptoms & severity by adopting a Carnivore diet for residence of Aged Care Homes & Villages, to the chagrin of the "Aged Care industry"! 🕊🐄🕊

NMN is a precursor of NAD and can be got from many firms renew by nature plus a firm I respect for its honesty and openness called DONOTAGE they are based in the uk and specialing in pure anti-ageing supplements, very important since many companies use fillers. DONOTAGE are a research organisation as well. There are many supplements that are involved in Anti- Ageing products that really help in this new field, if you put into your search anti-ageing and choose a person who knows their stuff on anti-ageing and how it has helped them, starting with the work done by David Sinclair a Harvard professor. Studying the ageing process.

I don’t think Brian Johnson is suffering, but I definitely think he is cringe. The whole “I have the 🍆 of an 18-year-old” kinds of comments just really turn people off - and not even from a propriety or prudish sense. Like I get that boner pills have been some of the best selling drugs for decades but we also now have a generation of men that can’t find sexual partners because of the deficits in their personalities and their politics instead of their 🍆 So when Johnson makes statements like this (obviously for the shock factor of saying it) a lot of people roll their eyes for a number of reasons.

Your dominant thinking creates your reality. Paul says, I think myself happy. Think yourself happy or sad... sick or well... old or young... rich or poor, etc. The power to change is in your mind. As a man thinketh in his heart, so is he. Man is what he thinks about all day long. As within, so without As you think, so shall you be Your outer world is a reflection of your inner world The seed and the harvest are always the same. Use your mind the right way. Stop thinking about, focusing and dwelling on what you don't want. Instead, THINK about WHAT YOU DO WANT... and ONLY WHAT YOU WANT... AS THOUGH IT, ALREADY, IS. Make it your dominant thought, and create the reality you want.

My good friend, a 55 year old psychologist, lives as healthily as possible. However, she draws a line. She looks at what happened to her mother, who suffered and died from cancer, and she associates that with her future, with aging. This traumatic experience is the basis of her understanding of aging. She thus has zero interest in living longer. Whenever I bring up longevity research, she has an unconscious knee jerk reaction. Her very next words are that she simply wants to drop dead in the next 10 years or so, while still healthy, rather than suffering and dying of old age. She doesn't see a disconnect in how she sees it. Yes, a psychologist. It's baffling to witness.
