hi Andre i would also suggest to check your mom kidney. my mon had eyes irritation and redness long time ago the cause is her kidney start to damage. let your mom drink plenty of water at least 2 liters a day coconut juice is good too. keep safe 🙏🏽
Besides checking with an eye doctor, better set an appointment with a cardiologist too. Waiting time for specialists are quite long because many are still doing rounds with hospital patients before they meet with walk in patience in most private clinics. If it is really an urgent emergency, you may proceed to any emergency rooms in most hospitals.

Ayoko na lang dagdagan ang rant basta shinare ko lang. Masasabi ko lang, be professional sana sa work and time. Ginto din ang oras ng mga pasyente lalo na kung may naka sched na appointment.

Tell your mom not to skip her blood pressure meds even if her bp is normal. BP meds are to be taken regularly. That is why it is called maintenance meds.

Have your mother get general medical check up and I agree with the advice that she should take her BP meds regularly even if the reading is normal, because you never know when during the day it's gonna go up. And yes, maybe it's a good idea to have cardiologist see her. And keep her off sweets and carbs. Protein and veggies are fine. I suggest keeping her off fruits as well. Sorry, Mama Olga. Bakit ganoon? The appointment with the Ophthalmologist got cancelled because of High BP. The consultation should have continued but with a recommendation to visit a family practice physician for medical evaluation. Medicine in the Philippines leaves much to be desired! I wonder also whether they’re using a Large BP cuff because her mom has big arms.. a regular cuff will definitely register higher than normal pressure; Marami doctor sa Filipinas walang kuwenta, akala mo kung sino, pasyente bale wala. Alam ko marami magaling pero marami din na bastos.

Dapat pumunta sa syudad na may kumpletong kagamitan di yung e under estimate mo yung atin. Dtu nga sa area kung yaman na lugar pero wala clang mga specialistang doktor pupunta pa sa abrud mag pa opera.
