Check out 'The South African Charter of Religious Rights and Freedoms (SACRRF)'. While I don't agree with much of what it promotes, it does guarantee certain freedoms here that other countries don't have.@@countrysideacreshomestead2008
The first place I think would be so much better for you and your family at this point it has heart for the kids and you all have a place that you all could be together and not divided up in separate spaces. And if Jeff could help you with extra beds will be worth it and in a nice neighborhood. But it is beautiful there. All the old buildings and beautiful land.
I actually liked the 2nd one better. There's somewhere outside for the kids to play. The stairs would be a huge issue though. Are bathtubs not a thing there? I can't imagine washing babies and toddlers without a bathtub. That "plateful of rubber" looked interesting. Was there beef inside? Can't wait to see your next abode! God bless you and yours! 🥰🙏🤗
The second one definitely offered more for our money but was not very practical for little kids, was really too big and not in as good of a location. The plateful of rubber was kinkali and has ground beef inside, they taste very yummy but you have to get past the rubber look lol, outside is a lot like spaghetti noodles.
@@countrysideacreshomestead2008i know its too late now but you could have secured the banister with a safety guard for babies if that was the concern for the second house. And it was much spacious as you needed. Most showers you could get your own shower curtains installed. You were prepared to fix that farm house so I don't see why little things in the second house deterred you.
@@temog3804 are you talking about the baked ones? Because I know what Pierogi is and I know the other potato dumplings that the cut in slices without anything inside. Looks like bread white in a way in with texture to it. I have travelled most eastern and former Soviet countries so i know their foods, just some countries may call it different in their local language, but in Poland and Czech republic and Slovakia its pierogi, they eat this a lot there. And the Russians also do.
I did some thinking yesterday. Their population has been in decline for over 30 years..... that would mean very little demand for new houses. Only people with a good job could afford to renovate and there doesn't appear to be many good jobs.... I think this helps explain the lack of nice housing at least a little
Maybe 1st or 2nd . Stairs made ne nervous as well with little ones...railings etc. First one prolly good if you could get more mattresses??? The one with the man AGREED NO WAY.
Hard to say by watching a video but definitely not the one with the stranger lol..house layouts are definitely different. In the U.K. they call those bathrooms wet rooms or water closets. Maybe you will find more options?
Sure better scenery, reminds me alot of your trip in the States, a bit more prosperous area. There is always the good and bad in every city. This looks a little better. No babushkas either..Lol Feel for you trying to find the right place even for a temporary stay. Stay safe ❤❤
Ya, there are some similarities for sure. It's definitely easier to find your own home than a rental, I think. At least you can make your own into what you need/want
i like the apt but could your kids handle be stuck in a place of no play or garden ?? the second one is huge but that means loosing the kids in there the railings area worry too... where are the hospitals ?? no the third place is just too separated for family..... last one is too small im really not sure which one is the best for you hugssssss
I like the second one even though you’d have to do some baby proofing. And I think you can definitely get rid of the cat smell with some good cleaning.❤
The first house looks like an Orthodox clergy lived there. The "pulpit" is actually called an analogian. It is a stand to hold icons & prayer books. Orthodox Christians pray morning prayers 20 minutes & night prayers 20 minutes every day plus Bible study & spiritual reading 1 hour everyday. Glad to see they have a collection of the Church Fathers. You could always put beds in the prayer corner.
We really like the second one too, no negotiations though, they just dropped it from $2000/ mth to $1000. All the stairs in there makes it problematic for the littlest ones too
The 2nd house was great for a large family, sure you have no yard to do farming, but if you want to stay in Georgia, the best way would be to buy land and built a new house anyway. The railing you can easily buy some ropes and maybe some wire fence and make it safer if that’s a concern, the stairs with groceries? Come on you have plenty of kids with a lot of energy. And a shower curtain, that’s really not that hard to come up with something
Stairs for the older ones is no issue just for lthe littlest ones. The house was huge and we really liked it even if the yard was small. We may only be in there for a 2-4 weeks so not really concerned about yard space.
As a believer life isn't suppose to be easy, we can cut and fold or we can stand tall and speak truth to power. Easy times make weak men, hard times make strong men.
@truth_farmer explain that to Abraham, Jacob, Joseph and Mary..... lots of people left their home to seek a better place to raise their families. Don't judge others for leaving.
You're right! Georgia was not a safe place for them! CIA can return at any time to start another colour revolution, making it a US vassal state usually followed by rapid drop in living conditions and erosion of human rights. Followed by violent conflict. Russia is a much safer place for them because Russia is self sufficient, prosperous and unbeatable militarily. It's never been conquered by anybody and it won't. They've made the right decision. God is good❤🙏🏻
2nd one is best, but those stairs! But you may have to put sheep netting everywhere on the railings and those openings up above.......I'd be worried about Maddy when she starts to walk, though.....Number 1 was ok....The last one would make me think I would want to be packing lead..... You would constantly be on alert......I hope you find something else, that is more private....I'd keep looking. It is nice to see more modern structures....I don't like drafty houses.....Is that a thousand of Georgian bucks? About 500 Canadian? That would be a steal....!!
The first one is the best for our family in our opinion, it just lacked enough beds unfortunately. The second one was really nice but not for little kids with all those stairs. This was $1000 US many things are priced in usd here.
