I got mine Brodie. Updates is what you look forward to when you get the actual device. They told me I was in the 1st batch first and then they told me second. Im still a big fan of the device but it's just gonna take time. But lets stay ahead of the curve.

Yup, they have been releasing frequent updates. I’m probably gonna wait another month or 2 and then make an update video on it. Right now though it’s been mostly sitting on my desk doing nothing lol

Haha I was third batch too. The good thing about them being so delayed is that you can watch a bunch of videos on it before deciding if you want to cancel your order or not. I’ll be keeping mine for coverage & stuff but you don’t have to 🤣

The "booking an entire vacation" thing is completely out of question for me because I always spend hours shopping and looking at pictures and reviews of hotel rooms and in general searching for the best bang for buck. The idea of delegating all this to a LAM is unthinkable

Yea it does sound really hard to believe. But I think if it could be used to make your search a little easier it would be useful. For example, gathering the most affordable hotels or the hotels nearest to attractions you want to visit

True, you do get a lot of these features on regular phones & through apps like I mentioned in the video. But, stuff like teach mode (where you can train AI to do whatever you want, whenever it comes out 🤣) will spark competition & everyone benefits from the technology in the end. If companies see tech like this is buzzing & consumers are genuinely interested; they’ll also through money at it & make it better for everyone. Whether that’s making their own version or supporting existing services out there. I get where you’re coming from but as a tech nerd I couldn’t help to be interested in it 😂

I ordered one. Wont be here till like June. But without the teaching feature im not as excited about it. If they dont get it available soon, the whole meme about it being a scam is going to grow louder, and the company will have a hard time getting anywhere.

That’s valid haha. Some batches aren’t expected to ship until June-July so it’s likely that new features will be added before some users even get theirs. Hopefully they’re quick to update the device

Here's the thing: It's a design piece, and it succeeds at being just that. Heck, I think it's cool, as far as design goes. But at the of the day it's an utterly pointless device. Overpriced and underwhelming.
