I confess, I'm a long time old fashioned drinker. One of the best I've ever had was a coffee old fashioned from Dichotomy Coffee bar in Waco. Make a regular OF and put half an ounce of coffee in it. Garnish with a choco covered coffee bean. So good!

Corporate matcha takes out all the flavors people don't like (intense grassiness), and adds a ton of sugar. Just like everything else. It is a shadow of what it used to be. However, it is very delicious. lol
