We fixed the Ranchtang! You won't believe what we found! 

Update: Found out the factory up-pipe on a 6.0 has an EGR air diverter scoop internal to the up-pipe. That scoop catches exhaust flow and diverts its direction into the EGR cooler. It was that scoop that couldn't handle the sustained insanely high EGTs/high exhaust flow which caused it to fold and clog the up-pipe.
