I grew up with this course as a kid. I am 44 now. Same course with 2 sides. It used to be in El Paso TX in the 80s. What a nostalgic treat of a video. Can't believe Goony Golf is still around. You guys rock!

When you said you were playing Goony Golf, for a second I thought the course would be based on the 1980s movie "The Goonies." That would be the most awesomely epic mini golf course ever!

For Hole Ten: The character you are referring to is Professor Owl, who was in the two cartoons you mentioned called "Melody" and the Oscar winning "Toot, Whistle, Plunk and Boom." Which was indeed used for The Disney Sing Along songs. I watched them all the time. They do have some of them on DVD, but they were direct VHS transfers.

Man, I had nearly the whole VHS collection of Disney Sing Along Sings. That was my childhood dream to be in one of the live action ones to dance around with the park’s costume characters… Good job making the bonus hole!

I love older courses that give you a chance to get a hole in one, but not tricky enough to get 5-6 stokes. I like that the straight holes have a level of difficulty with blocked views or some action you have to account for.

This video was a real rollercoaster of emotions, from Elisha being painfully cute (in a good way!) to the nostalgia pangs (even though as a Brit I didn't necessarily watch those Disney owl videos...) to crying laughing at the speed of that windmill. The whole vibe of the place looked awesome with the handmade feeling, I didn't even feel annoyed that the holes were lifted slightly as it didn't seem to affect the putting TOO much, and it's just nice to see a course that isn't right by an 8-lane road, it looked really peaceful and just a great time. Thanks for this one, I've got a lot going on irl this week and I really needed the escapism.

I remember watching Disney Sing Along Songs when I was little. Then I started watching them on RU-vid back in the Winter of 2014. Then I started getting Disney Sing Along Songs on VHS and DVD’s since in the Winter of 2016 for Christmas and my birthday in 2017.

You are right, this is a nice course. The people in the windows were creepy, but the water feature was nice. Brooks nice hole in one. Plus, the free game, with that cool sound! Which was a nice surprise 🤓

When I was young, there was a Goony Golf in Red Bank, TN (a suburb of Chattanooga). The property is a small community park, now. I used to go play there. i haven't been to Sir Goony's on the other side of town.

somehow I didn't know there were THAT MANY in the area!! There's still at least 2 more I know of that are closer to the Player's Park one you posted last week, including one classic 'putt-putt'. Lake George really is a beautiful area, called the "Queen of American Lakes". LOTS of history there, too!!

Went to an indoor mini golf course. Tap That Indoor Mini Golf 5.0 (13) Miniature golf course in Lebanon, Missouri ‧ Open It was decent and challenging on some of the holes. The bonus about this place is that it shares the building with an antique store. Heartland Antiques. Lots of interesting things to see in this place. If you are in the area, it is worth a stop, either on your way to St. Louis or to Springfield.

So I guess that the video that was posted on Tuesday (5/7) was an extra video for the week (too bad, I thought we were going to get a BHV Month of Mini Golf Videos) BTW sorry I would not count the score for Hole#19, it is special hole meant for special rewards or fun way of returning the ball back to the front counter. Either one is probably correct, IDK. 🤔Other than that, a really good course and close game besides.

Elisha "Nah, you didn't roll like you were gonna make a hole in one." Apparently, she wasn't watching on hole 6 because that was darn close to a hole in one for you Brooks! Unless that was her strategy to make you think that you're not coming close and change your good technique. Have to see who wins to see if it was a winning strategy! I had to comment as soon as i heard that, paused it on hole 6. now back to the action
