So, literally no one asked for this, but I counted, and the words "James Corden" or "James" are said exactly 40 times in this commentary track.

I still think the only genuine laugh this movie gave me was the credits, where there was a huge screen emblazoned with the words "Sir Patrick Stewart as Poop" and I don't think I was prepared for how surreal that was.

Didn't expect to hear three guys just yelling "James Cooooorden" for half the video, but I'm here for it

The thing that makes me angriest about the movie is that girl fell for some loser just because he sent her a GIF. Wtf

I've only watched this movie once, when I was influenced by edibles and alcohol and also trying to disassociate from life as a whole. I thought it was passable at the time. I now realize what I thought was me passing out and my brain trying to fill in the gaps actually happened. And holy shit, that's terrifying--that a movie _this bad_ managed to get greenlit.

I like how they switched it up by instead of simpping on every character in the film, they simpped on every character in the film _and also made fun of James Corden_

I don't know why, but "THAT'S SIR POOP!!" followed by dead silence absolutely murdered me

As a Brit I gotta say that James Corden impersonation is spot on. You should definitely get drunk and watch Peter Rabbit. Tbh as bad as Corden is, he's pretty good in The Wrong Mans, a comedy about Sam Pinkett (Matthew Baynton) and Phil Bourne (Corden) who get entangled in crime and a conspiracy completely on accident.

When I watched this at my local theater the Friday it came out, I cheered when the fake out death happened (I remember hearing children screaming, so definitely a mixed reaction!) and groaned when it was soon revealed to have not happened... it was the happiest I felt watching the movie. There's two plot holes that come to my mind every so often I think of The Emoji Movie: - Jailbreak said girl emojis could only be princesses and dancers and such (which is now pretty dang outdated thanks to updates adding vampires, heroes, elves, and others that are both men and women) but Smiler said she was one of the first emoji and no one bats an eye that she's a girl. Did she find a loophole or something? We'll never know. - How the whole emoji system works when it comes to the children of them. Do they just retire and their child takes their place? If so, why isn't Sir Patrick Stewart's kid in the studio? Is he too young?
