So we're trying out a new, higher-definition camera for this episode, and zooming into the cards instead of popping them out in post-production. Good? Bad? Horrible and never should be repeated again? Let me know :)
IMHO it isn't bad but old post-production version of showing card details seems more polished. Graphics are grainy even in 1080p and it is just weirdly making my brain see grains in the whole footage :D When I stop analyzing, the game is as entertaining as always ;)
I think it's fine but the post-production is cleaner due to glare on the cards. If this saves you a lot of time I say keep it but if not I say go back to the old way.
Fun episode and happy to see my deck featured! Welcome feedback on the list. It was starting to show what it could do. *spoiler* in a way Paul did a favor as there was unfortunately no card draw and Bane isn't a top deck hero
THANK YOU FOR REVISITING THESE SETS. I hate how much these commanders just get abandoned despite the crazy amount of support that has some out since their releases!
There are a lot of channels out here doing commander games, but the authenticity and genuine banter between friends here feels much better to watch; btw yes great camera and editing additions keep them for sure!!!
Didn't really make a difference, but you can't Time Travel permanents/suspended cards you don't control/own, so Matthew wouldn't be able to increase the counters on Massacre Girl.
Well done Fahim on the first win! Bane has been a legend I've had my eyes on for awhile and its a pity we didn't get to see it do more of its thing. Still though, very swingy which is the best types of games to be in!
Fun game! Just one thing (which didn't have any impact) the Partner [with] trigger is an ETB effect, so it wouldn't trigger when Rory was exiled with 3 time counters :)
A little something to add: Kindred Discovery doesn't draw cards for the cards that come in tapped and attacking. It doesn't change the outcome of the win, but it is a little something to know for the future :D
Yes, but for a creature to attack, it must be declared an an attacker. Since Altar brings the creatures with memory creatures tapped and attacking, they are never declared as an attacker, so kindred won't trigger. This same interaction lets those creatures past ghostly prison effects.
@@Kevin-yb2hh right but it they're the right creature type then at a minimum they will trigger the ETB half of kindred. I must have missed this, did they double trigger?
The world's seem out of balance ones a God of time ones an ancient assassin cult one group is a classic rpg god and then there is a crazy Russian wrestler lol
So... why did you play Altair and all the other assassins without the freerunning cast? why? I'm so confused hahahaha it's like, you have the option to have a very good game but you prefer to not have more options hahahaha
