@Bunni Wabbit a toiletbreak is a family gathering according to my 2 pugs. I dont Even bother closing the door anymore coz then they get mad and pout for hours. So i rather just let them follow me.
Just a little tip: when you put him in the crate make sure he is somewhere where he can't see you. If he hangs see you while in the crate he will never stop whining.
That's not true. All of my dogs we have crate trained right across from our bed so they can see us because otherwise they get scared and can actually howl and whine more.

Finn May be sad without his brother in the beginning, but it is actually good that they are separated because as they get older, dog siblings (especially boys) will start to get aggressive towards each other because they are trying to dominate the the other one and become the “alpha”. The only time dog siblings should be kept together is if the dogs went through something traumatic like the loss of mother during/a little after birth. We don’t want Finn or his brother getting hurt! @@maddiekeene the alpha theory has actually been disproven many times, even the man who wrote the theory about wolves in the 70s has said he was wrong. Dogs, and wolves, don't fight to be top of the hierarchy or to be alpha. In the wild a wolf pack is made up of dad, mum and their litters from each year (aside from pups who have found a mate) and dad is automatically what we call "alpha". This means, humans do not need to become alpha of their dog and dogs do not need to become alpha of each other, they need to show their dog/the other dog that they control resources like food (like dad wolf does) then the dog will respect them. Much like human siblings can hate each other or love each other, it's the same with dogs which is why some siblings fight and some are inseparable
@@maddiekeene Although I do agree that we dont want Finn and his brother hurt and that siblings do tend to fight more! I just dont like the thought that people might think we need to dominate our dogs like they supposedly dominate each other😊 x

Quick tip; Harness! When he’s trained, a harness stops pulling on his neck and if there’s an emergency and you need to pull him back a harness is a safe way to do it :)
Sophie Cormack yes, harnesses are so good. I have a 4.5month old poodle and the harness has totally changed his walking and made it so much easier for me to walk him!
Harnesses don't work! It encourages the dog to pull more! Do not get one! If it works for you great but with dog that pull a lot it's the worst thing you can do! Watch Cesar Millan for puppy tips and help on dog training a rehabilitation! Please don't get a harness for a dog that pulls! If you keep the leash at the top of the dogs neck and make sure he/she stays beside you!

@@servicesaviorsophie2733 CM is not a good trainer, extremely outdated and not respected by other professionals. If a dog walks well, a harness is fine.
Ur dog has the same name and looks like the twin of my BF’s dog..but it is a different breed so that’s how ik it’s not a twin to Finn (my friends Finn) edit: ps BF doesn’t mean boyfriend in this case it’s my best friend
I didn’t realize he’s like puppy puppy, I thought he was older, he looks pretty big so might be some terrier or beagle in there, puppies can be hard to tell breeds with because they’re going to change a lot as they get older 🤷🏻♀️
Dry shampoo for dogs isn't the best because u still leave all of the dirt on your dog. Even if they don't like a bath make it fun for them don't make it boring.

Don’t give him a bath that often, cause that destroys ( i guess you can’t say that verb but okay ) his fur and in general that is bad for him. Just a little advice, but good luck with this cute little puppy. He will have a good home at your place ❤️❤️ oh and sry if there a spelling mistakes im from germany 🇩🇪
We went to adopt 1 dog and there was like 6 born and 2 left when we went and we just couldn’t leave 1 so we ended up getting both when they were 8 weeks x

Yup Right : Brooklyn & Bailey’s family at their real home have 2 dogs already, but Brooklyn just adopted her dog for her home that she shares with her room mates for College.
@Yup Right they had 2 family dogs. This was the dog they gave now. The video is put up way later than when they got it. It is the same dog, they just have not posted the video.
Tip for crate training: if he barks and whines in the crate just leave him be and he will learn that he has to go to bed my pup learned in about a week. I put her crate in a different room to get more sleep
The reaction of everyone when Brooklyn told everyone that she is gonna adopt Finn was so exciting and I would be be excited to see that super cute face everyday😍😍😊😊

I am more of a cat person I can’t wait to have a kitten or two right now my older cat likes being an only child so I have to wait...and omg yes please I love other ppl dogs that’s how I get my fixing of puppies 🐶
