I’m honestly so happy but so upset Deni is going to the blazers. He has ALWAYS been a PG his entire life until the NBA, then he comes here and can’t even take advantage of one of his best qualities which is playmaking. The ONE game he started at PG last season he scored 42.
Bruh, i swear the green guy has no idea who deni is, deni has been a point guard his whole career until he got to the nba. He can be a great playmaker if he will get the opportunity.
The Wizards are still in a good position. Next year draft class is talented and if the Wizards can pair Flagg with Bilal and Sarr that is a really good young core.
Deni was likely to be traded eventually anyway as well as Kuzma once the draft hits next year, they're following the OKC model and Deni had a better market than Kuz currently
@@Matthew-xl5bc could not agree more my guy! I am just super high on deni and I think he still has a ton of untapped potential. I really would have liked to see him grow with this new wizards core but they are still in a good position for the future nonetheless!
bruh we fleeced Portland, i don’t doubt that Deni will become a good player but we had him for a good 5 years and he just not a cornerstone piece. Gl to him but the way people been sicing him seems outrageous to me
Deni definitely better than PJ because the only thing that PJ is considered “good” at is shooting and he doesn’t even shoot over 35% from three. At least Deni can dribble and play defense.
Comparing apples to oranges, you guys don't know what you talking about with zero understanding in basketball!... You guys have a very narrow vision and can't look at the whole picture, it's not all about stats it's about the situation the player is in and you cannot compare a player in an healthy contender team to a player in broken team!... It's not right to compare assists of a player that arounds him bunch of bad shooters to a player that around him elite shooters, as well for defense no comparisons between a player that he is the only defender in the whole team to a player that gets help from his teammates!... A lot of hateful B.S.
@@Insertor let's say it this way, if blazers use him as a forward they will get a decent roll player, if they make him the playmaker they will get an allstar.
How fair is it to compare Deni to everyone's playoff performances, when Deni, by no fault of his own, has never been in the playoffs? He might have a Rondo-level postseason jump for all we know. Just a thought. And how are MT & iHart player comps? They can't do what he can & vice-versa.
Deni Avdija is best as a point forward. he played PG at high-school. they've changed his role from SF to point forward after the TDL and his numbers went to 20ppg 6apg 8rpg at that part of the season. ending with 15 6 4 the all season. True shooting 60%.
Asking what role player you want depends on what role your team needs. I do think it is wild that somehow the whole New York Knicks roster outside of Brunson are considered roleplayers though.
Hey you guys my name is Ronnie and I am from Israel I was listening very carefully your analysis on Deni avdija emotionally I do want him to succeed as a top role player in a contender team at the highest level in the NBA that being said he does need to elevate in order to be an All-Star this is a kind of player that thrives in a floating game in an isolation game at his first season he did need and yet after 4 years as he became decisive and confident in his abilities it will be a whole new ball game on the blazers
Conparing any role play with any role player is just silly. You can't conpare deni to ihart or myles turner. They're conpletely different players! Does your team need inside presence or a versatile wing? If I'm okc, obviously i just exposed inside so i go get ihart. If I'm dallas for example I'd much rather have deni over one of those bigs right now! Apples and oranges, weird debate imo
Josh Hart is in a different stratosphere than Deni lmfao. Bro getting 20 rebound games as a 2 guard in the playoffs and hitting clutch 3 after clutch 3.
I dont think these compares are fair when Deni have never had the chance to take part in major games. think about it the other side , Deni had to lead a team of nobodies . if he would be a part of a good team who shares the ball you can never know. Deni is oneo of theo nly guys who can really guard all 5 positions efficiently. its true he does not excell at something specific, but his ceiling is pretty high in a lot of aspects much more then the avg player and is not weak al anything.
Love Josh hart was at the game he dropped his career high in, but Deni avdija brings the defense, size, scoring, and playmaking while Josh is more elite at some of those Deni is a lot more versatile
I wish I knew who Advia is, cause a couple of y'all are saying Advia is a better D Man than Hart 🧐 I'm having a haAard tine beliecinf this young Advia is better on the D end than Hart is 🤷🏾♀️
Deni or Poole. I'll take Poole. Deni can't dribble, always driving to the basket even though there are 4 defenders around him. Doesn't know when to go to the left , always right which is predictable and not consistent. I don't know why you people are high to Deni.
Deni is good but he’s gonna be a solid 5th starter. Y’all definitely overrating his defence. Hasn’t really improved his 3pt shooting even if his % was decent last year. He’s definitely at the Josh Hart Level. He is not bending the defence like Austin Reaves😂
@@AB21he was also on the wizards during that blazers stretch where they were resting dame. Had some great games didn’t average anywhere near a triple double. King of talkin outta your ass
"Bum" won FIBA twice. Won mvp of an international league, shut down stars on the defensive end, and blew up in the few games he was given opportunity. Either way, averaged over 50% and 38% from deep. While pulling down 7 boards a game. Dude is def not a bum
Majority of wizards fans who actually watched him was crying they traded him. Mind you the haul they got was pretty decent so obviously they saw something about him worth developing
