Everything looks amazing! Question! I saw you used a liquid for the wings. I’m just gonna assume a chicken stock with rubs mixed in it. So you essentially braise them in the liquid after a short smoke flavor? What temperature do you remove them at? Hope you see this comment, thanks in advance!

Congratulations, absolutely well deserved! I notice you use the racecrews along side the gateway. I’m in the market for another drum and debating on adding another GD or trying something different. There are not many videos on Racecrew, what are pros and cons vs the Gateway?
