Same but we cant count it yet cuz member this isnt the first time he says a word and sentence yet doesnt repeat it. Even sezzy says that. Where its prob a sound hes making that sounds like the word. I still remember in an insta story when he was a few weeks old kurt was holding him and it sounded like he said dad. Numerous times has that happened. So I cant say this is OFFICIAL first word

I can't believe it has been a year already! My friend and I followed the entire pregnancy in our Sport and Rec. class through year 11 and were so excited for the birth in Year 12. All the hours we spent going through Instagram and watching the videos about the pregnancy updates instead of doing work (was so worth it) and now he is 1! Congrats on being a Mumma for a year and to you and Kurt for making through a full year of parenthood! 💕

Rachel haha, liquid measuring cups have cups, but it’s in ml’s or oz. dry measuring cups have “cups” (1, 1/2, 1/3, 1/4 ect ) but it’s in grams or whatever the term is in America. It is different, not just the pouring spout.

Recipe: Wet ingredients 3 ripe bananas 1/2 teaspoon of vanilla 1/2 cup of liquid sweetener 1 cup of milk (almond, coconut, et.) 1/2 cup melted coconut oil 1 egg (optional) 1 teaspoon of apple cider vinegar Dry ingredients 2 cups of buckwheat flour (sifted) 1 1/2 teaspoons baking powder 1/4 cup of sugar (coconut, raw cane, etc.) pinch of pink salt Cinnamon Sliced almonds

For the "icing": 1 cup of soaked cashew nuts 1/4 tsp of vanilla essence 1 banana 3 tbsp of honey 1 tbsp of buckwheat flour Juice from 1 lemon I put all of the wet, dry and "icing" ingredients into My Fitness Pal, using the same brands as Sarah where possible, ie: Loving Earth, and it came to this for the entire cake (doesn't include sprinkles so that's extra): 5009 calories 557g carbs 280g fat 123g protein 176g sugar 56g fiber Of course, we don't know the final weight of the cake to know what that would be per portion. If you wanna cut down on calories, omit the sliced almonds as they boosted it up A LOT!

Grapeapplejk I just made it & did it on 180 degrees Celsius for 50 minutes and it was perfect 👌🏼. Might need to adjust for different ovens, but ideally you want it golden brown on the top and when a metal skewer inserted comes out clean. But don’t leave it in for too long coz you want it to be nice and moist and not dry and crumbly like Sarah said!

I first heard about Sarah from her birthing vlog going viral and everyone sharing it. One of the best decisions I ever made. My life has been so different since then, I have watched hundreds of her old videos, listen to their podcast, doing Sarah’s ebook, I have her la bang beauty products. Sarah and Kurt are the ultimate Australian role models that I never had. They inspire me every day to be more passion, easy going and positive just like them. The morals and values they both share are so beautiful and it’s been such a privilege to watch their journeys as a couple and now as a family. A part of me is a little jealous that I wasn’t an OG but I am so grateful to have found these two ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Happy birthday fox.

I found it cute when u guys where singing happy bday and Kurt said "woo" and then made that noise and on the last time fox made a noise.
