We left for a week visiting wonderful regenerative projects all over Portugal. When we came back we were eager to see the farm and all our vegetables and animals. All was well except... This had us laughing out loud! Would you make the same mistake?
This is also the last week to win a 100 dollars worth regeneratively grown meat if you are living in the States! Support not only our small regenerative farm, but regenerative farms all across America

Guys ,this is my favorite channel by far, so much to learn ,super interested to learn about seasons, hopefully will have my own place by fall. Let me know how can I send coffee from my farm.

Another great episode, thank you! I'm inspired by Filipe's cooking, I'll definitely try making pitas.

Hey, great movie, like always! But... I would be cautious with Beauveria bassiana. It feeds not only on what we call "pests" but also on other insects, such as butterfly larvae etc., right? Perhaps it is too much of an intervention in the eco/soil-system?

Yes, adding big amounts of a 'beneficial' that also attracts other beneficials is always tricky. In our herb garden we tend to just let nature take it's course and what is needed will appear over time. When it comes to the productive garden we mostly add microbiology from our own compost, the soil in 'forest' parts of our farm and decomposed cow manure. Other then that the mycorhyzzal fungi R. irregularis seem very beneficial for the widest plant range.

sorry guys but brassica don't make a relationship with mycorrhizzae, they do with actinomycetes, anyway I hope everything will be fine

Dear Massimo!!! This is some killer info :) can not believe we did not yet know this... we are also interplanting salads in those beds so let's hope they benefit them then at least!!! Do you know if it has some kind of negative effect on them brassicas? They are seeming very happy for now :D

@@thefarmingchefs maybe they are not harmful but they are not useful also, in fact I use to grow brassica's family together and separate from the other 90%of plant that receive benefits from muycorizzhea
