Yeah I've been hearing about that my dude, I'll talk about it in an upcoming video. But even if I cop a recall, I won't give it up easy 😂 And if the starlet goes, it gets replaced with a vs for me to do a replica start to finish build of an l67 swapped, manual swapped vs for the channel 🙏👌🤘

Like I said brah, couldnt tell ya. It's how its sat for almost 2 years since I bought it. And this was the forst time turning it on and seeing it work haha, was just needed to hold the "tip" on for now hahahaha

@@GearHeadsOz crack her open and have a look at the roll of wire man it should have a sticker on it, if its solid it requires gas, if it says something like flux core or flux sheild shes gasless. Will make life alot easier. Ya also gotta reverse your polarity which takes 10 seconds but if ya wanna know more hit me up

Thos was just a test really to see if it's allgood to work from now on, and i have my good friend Ryan coming around soon to show the proper workinfs of it, tell me the ins and outs of welding, with this welder and others etc and then he'll help me start to learn it all 👌🤘 Again, thanks heaps man!

@@Troyshields_54 That's the go bro hahaha Plus I'll be using this welder to startto learn to fab myself, now that i know it works I'll get some gas for it and really rip into fabricating stuff up to get good enough to do the turbo vs build basically all myself. Starting my journey with the proper exhaust im going to make for the starlet, using the old setup off the elantra (bigger pipe amd proper setup)

As long as you don't fuse the wire into the tip. It'll be fine, since its just gasless.
