Appreciate you taking us along on your "new adventures". Watching your RV videos I learned alot of useful things! Hoping to learn about kitchen remodel now!😊
Do you have natural or propane gas available? If you do, I would consider an on demand water heater that you mount outside of where the hot water heater is now. We did that and it gave us a lot of room in our laundry. Plumbing was easy to hook up to the existing hot and cold water lines. They you would just have to move the AC unit.
Nice!!! Hope you love your new house.. How many tools do you have now? You need a work shop with a nice work bench. The house looks great as well. When your making the kids beds? Have fun with all the jobs Kevin!!! Have a good day!!!!!
Happy belated birthday Kevin! I enjoy watching your videos! I look forward to seeing your new videos every week! Congratulations on being moved in to your home! Can’t wait to see the kitchen renovations when they happen!
The house looks great (and it can only get better!), congrats on moving in! You returned from an adventure we did not see!? WT…? lol kidding but don’t forget we’re still interested in your adventures even if they aren’t RV related 😊
Y’all have done an amazing job on an abandoned house. Keep up the good work. Have you thought about putting topsoil over the roots of the trees in the front yard? And an idea for the the shop, is an automotive lift 😊
I started watching your channel when you were RVing and I'm still hanging in there. What a wonderful job you have done with the abandoned house. It looks like a great place to race 3 very rambunctious kids. I wish you many years of happiness in your new home and I can't wait to see what new adventures you have in store. Happy birthday Kevin!
I love that you are emptying your boxes!! But please if you keep things, I suggest you store your treasures in plastic containers. Cardboard boxes will breed roaches, they love the glue, plus, the plastic containers will hold up better than boxes!! Good luck on your unpacking!! Love your videos!! The house is looking great!!👍🏻
Did you see all the plastic boxes in our room? That's where the good stuff is stored! The cardboard boxes were just things from the RV and Phil and Lolo house!
Remodeling is never smooth but taking your time to find a local cabinet maker was probably a great idea. He actually has hands on experience where the big stores employees are just selling a product! Natural wood finish is easier to care for....bumps and scratches easier to fix!! Glad to see you in your new home and getting everyone settled in!!
Hi From WV!! Glad you all have moved in!! I know that it will seem overwhelming to get things in place, but at least you are there to do it a little bit at a time! Stay safe and thanks for sharing!!

Congratulations!!!! 🎉. This is such a great home for you and your family. It must have been great waking up that first morning on Kevin’s BD. Happy Birthday Kevin! Things are coming together very nicely. We to are doing some kitchen remodeling but minor compared to yours. Sounds like yours will all be worth the wait. Welcome to your new home! ❤
Love following you guys. We were full time RVer’s for 8 years. We found our dream house in Central Florida and are in the process of moving from the camper to the house and like you have a lot of stuff in storage that needs to be moved to the house. I can definitely relate to all the boxes and totes and the overwhelming feeling of now where am I going to put all this stuff. So so happy that things are going well for you guys. Looking forward to your next video.
Our TV mount is over our fireplace but you can pull it out and the arm swings down to eye level and turns every direction, it’s awesome. It’s the only way I would agree to have it that high up. TV wall mounts have come a long way if you wanna spend the extra money on it. The house looks great, congratulations!!
You are doing great with three small children and a new business! May cottage took seven months to do, with new kitchen and bath. Embarrassed to say. The storage shed has yet to be sorted. Two sets of dishes in the house, three in the storage shed with enough serving dishes to cater a party! You are awesome 👏👏👏👏👏👏👏
Wow I’m so happy to see you guys in your home. I can’t believe it’s been 7 months that seems crazy. It seems like just a few weeks to me but I’m sure you guys feel like it took a long time. I bet it will be so much easier to get things done from home. I’m so excited for you guys.
7 months was how long it's been since we came home for the holdiays to visit! Little did we know we wouldn't be leaving again in the RV! We've only had the house for about 3 months working on it!
Congratulations on getting to move into your new home! We are so excited for you and definitely have enjoyed the process along with you. Happy belated birthday Kevin!
Trust me, it’s gonna take time. We remodeled our house the whole house and it took time but once it gets done, you can sit back. Take a deep breath and said we made it. We got it done. Your house is starting to look real good. You guys have came along way.
I know how yall feel, I'm still working around my trailer and moving stuff around. Love yall rv washer and dryer. I wish I had the room for it. I have the combo splendie
To prevent fingerprints on the refrigerators, you might want to consider wrapping them (using car wrap) - There are Vidz on YT if you want to DIY it, or you could hire someone to come and professionally install the wrap. Cheers on the House!
We are living parallel lives! We are downsizing and moved into a house half the size of where we were living in. 14 months until retirement and most time RV life.
@@PavingNewPaths Well we sure enjoyed your video's from the road and I has inspired us to pick up where y'all left off. It seems that a lot of folks do that life style for 3 years or so and then tey something different. I am happy for y'all and enjoy the new content equally as well. God bless.
@@PavingNewPaths Yes that whole frame failure deal has started the needed change in the RV industry. I credit y'all as well as others for bringing to light the issue. I think GD is learning the same lesson as Bud Light! Opps did I say that out loud? 😜
So, Farming Simulator has a mobile game called Farming Sim Kids. It's not like a simulator, but they do have a mobile Farm Sim game called farm sim 23, which is probably a bit advanced for him, right now.
With starting a new business, renovating a home top to bottom while setting up a home, looking after three kids, and doing two You Tube channels..where on earth do you get the time to sleep???
You guys need to spend like 20-30k on a good class a 02-08 rig with a workhorse chassis which has the 8.1 and Allison trans and go on a couple vacations here and there and that way you can keep up the Rv part of the channel and have the new home part…
@@PavingNewPaths I remember that episode when y’all visited the distillery and dipped your own bottle. Will it be cracked open when the kitchen is finished? lol
I have to say, the storage in the laundry room isn't just for Alecia, it's also stuff for the house. You get a whole closet for just your stuff. You definitely have the better deal. 😊
