This is so true. I joined a conference recently where the keynote presentation talked about the concept of ' human centricity' (as if it was the next brilliant idea for HR), using slides featuring the typical flat-style vector images of employees that have been in fashion for some years now. The point is: these images don't have faces: no eyes, no mouth, no nose. Yet nobody seems to notice that using these images is part of the problem and dehumanises HR.
