Petition for you guys to use items in battle

Why don't you guys do challenges on the older games and battle on showdown anymore? (Or in romhacks, maybe)

Challenge Suggestion: dupes Challenge. Look for overworld encounters, catch two of the same. Look at the moves and abilities, and decide which one you keep, and which one you give. You both do this 3 times (or more with skips). You'll end up with the same pokemons in the team, but with different moves and abilities. Might lead to cool strategies:)

Challenge suggestion: Randomized starters for your opponent to choose, but the person presenting the starters locks in one they want first. If the chosen pokemon matches, they get to steal it instead. Makes you seriously consider if you want to try to take something like a salamence knowing your opponent probably locked it in.

You guys should blindly pick randomized starters for each other, and for each selection, spin a wheel of items to use for the battle.

Team draft idea for a video: You guys catch 10 mons each and after you are done catching you both then get to choose from the shared pool of 20 mons 1 at a time. Abilities and moveset are random, however for your ace mon(your choice) you can give it a complete moveset of your choice.

Idea for the Future: Same Challenge, but the reader is allowed to Change one single Word. Don't screw Up screwing your Mate. It might backfire :)

Challenge for ya: Read the left and right BST of the other person's starters and they have to guess the middle one if it is either inside or outside the numbers given. If they are right, they pick any of those 3 pokemon with the ability to fully evolve it. If they guess wrong, the other gives them one of the three with a only one evo (aka mid-stage). Could get decently beefy

I suggest you both to give held items to the pokemons you catch, since you can make some good strategies with the random movesets and abilities that you got on pokemon 😅

Idea for you. Catch each others teams, whatever/however you want. Then move relearner and ability capsules are available. Maybe two moves per ‘mon and 3 capsules? Just to even it out a little bit.

A challenge idea (The keep or swap) you both have 30 minutes to build your dream team but when the timer is up the wheel decides your fate you either keep the team you built or swap the full team or just odd catch and even catches so 1st 3rd and 5th catch or 2nd 4th and 6th

Idea: do this but with descriptions from the mystery dungeon games. 😅

An idea. Add 1 "evolution" stone to each which is used to evolve any pokemon you get that can evolve. Evolve it but randomize its movepool and ability again. There is a benefit of getting pokemon with better stats. But moves could be way worse.

You guys should do this again but make it so if someone guesses correctly, they can skip for free if they want

If sing misses, you must skip the pokemon, if it hits you must catch it. Once the 30 minutes is up, put together a team of 6 pokemon that were entranced by your rockstar singing! 🤘

Use same team challenge with held items. Each takes turns gathering the teams with no skips. Whatever Pokémon one catch the other also has to get (abilities and powers can be different). After 6 on each team you can use 6 held items to tweak the teams but can only use one of each item

i remember a couple months ago you guys did a challenge where you went to the move relearner and got the best moveset, i feel like you guys should do this every challenge because a lot of the pokemon don’t have very good randomized movesets. i feel like a lot of the time one of you guys have terrible movesets and the other one just has one good move and sweeps the others team with it because the other doesn’t have any good moves. plus this would stop from getting moves like decorate, which definitely would not be used

At this point I'm calling haxx on meester chilln! Don't think I've ever seen him run into such atrocious pokemon when he's catching for himself, but if he's catching for GG then it's standard. There was one video a while back where nearly half the mons on option were babies! That haxorus quick caught could've swept his entire team.

I’ll never understand why my boys never use Soak. It could’ve been the saving grace of the game. It changes the target into a pure Water type meaning, no more stab unless it has water type attacks. It’s a great way to cripple your opponent’s pokemon.

Should take this same idea, but give both sides the option to skip each pokemon. Like 3 skips as a guesser, and 3 skips as a catcher. If the guesser gets the pokemon correct, they get to keep or skip if they want it. But if the guesser guesses incorrectly, they can either skip or take. If they guesse chooses to Take on an incorrect guess, the catcher also has a couple skips that they can skip it to prevent the other person from getting it.
