That was a great Idea, definitely something you guys should put into the rotation...Also I'm gonna have to speak out against the mimikyu slander. As you can see from the challenges, even without his ability he's decent!

Challenge idea. You both play Pokeduko and make a team of 6 based on the 9 slots. Here’s the catch, if you guess the “most common answer” the other person gets to give you a baby. If you guess the “least common answer” you get a replace a team member with a legendary.
How about build anytime you want in 15 minutes but add the rules to the fight. Like - must switch after 2 attacks. Cannot use the same move twice in a row etc
For RU-vidr's that play so often, it feels like these guys know nothing about types/abilities/strategy. Unless these throws are just for content, in which case that's almost worse
do a chalange where all the moves of the pokemon do damege fore example moves that the pokemon can not have are splas, swordsdans, spike growht and Poison Gas. so besecly everry move that has bay power - or 0 must be changest fore a move chocen bay the other player that has not - or 0 bay the power. and the pokemon you must have are 3 first stage or non evolving pokemon and 3 middle stage or non evlving pokemon, no legends and last stage pokemon exept pokemon that do not evolf
New video idea: Lock in a type at the start of the episode(each one of you doesn't know what the other picked) and catch a full team of pokemon that have.
Could number generate between the champions of each region and then number generate for their pokemon on there strongest teams to determine your own team. Ex. 1-9 and you got 2 for gen two champion which is red from gold, silver and crystal. And then generate another number 1-6 for his team and say you get a 1 and it's pikachu. Then that would be one of your members. You then repeat until you have a team of 6. Also maybe take it a step further and you use their abilities and moves that they also had.
Video idea: Survival tournament Choose 6 teams each, however you want. (In the interest of speed maybe the first 6 random encounters, no skips, no evolution) Then have 6 battles. The winner of each battle has choosing power, picking one of the pokemon used in that battle for their final team, and one for their opponent to use. The first 6 battles set up the teams for the real battle, lucky number 7. For this battle go all out, fully evolving and adding 1 custom move to each pokemon. You could run this as one really long form video, or as a series with the final battle as the finale.
Similar idea: choose 3,2,1 but you’re taking from eachothers starters, you know what the Pokémon are but not where they are (left, middle, right) and after choosing how many you want you have to say the positions
Challenge idea: Each of you catch a team using a different set of rules. Example: chillin catches Pokémon based on spinning a wheel, while quickgg catches Pokémon that are super effective against the previous Pokémon he just caught
Wheel Of Destiny : you and chill catch six random Pokemon each, then add all those Pokemon on the wheel, each player will spin the wheel to see who gets a better team for battle. fully evolve and legends accepted.
Ggs. I was thinking for a challenge that you guys choose any 3 starters that you think are the best from any series and fight. You get one fully evolved and one mid stage of each starter type. Each starter will be opposite typing obviously and should bring about a good match and gives each of you the opportunity to see who's starter choice for your favorite series will win. You can choose whether or not to do randomized moves or keep it original.
What about picking 6 letters of the alphabet but you have a large amount of files to choose from and you have to pick the first Pokemon you see for each letter but have 3 skips so if you picked A and came to Abra you could pick it or hope you get a better A
Have y’all done a challenge where each of you build a Pokémon team that represents the color of the rainbow? 🌈 they have to be mostly that color not like half red/yellow
Challenge idea: Choose a letter from randomly generated ones, for example AI drops A, F, K. You choose A, so you can only use mons with A as first letter in their name.
