One of my most favourite street food in malaysia is ramly burger.. i dont care how unhealthy everyone says it is, but a trip to malaysia is never complete without a burger ramly. Make it a double patty special. 🤤🤤🤤🤤🤤

Time flies, when i subscribed your channel in July 2019, your channel had only 2.7k subscribers. The video contents were about iChang holding her durian journal book, looking for the best durians in Malaysia, Hong Kong and Singapore. Those were the nostalgic days.

After all nasi kandar, onde-ondeh, nasi lemak.. Asking for double cheese only "You want to die..?" Hahaha

To wrap like min 12.03, don't wrap the cheese slice together with the beef patty. The cheese cause the size of beef patty bigger, so that cannot cover by the egg. You can put the cheese slice on one part of the bun first. Usually I put cucumber slice n tomato slice on the bun before put the cheese slice. Once the beef patty which is already wrap with the egg is done, you put it on the cheese just now. So the hot beef patty will cause the cheese slightly melt. Then only you put all the sauces, salad, onion etc before put another half of the bun on the top.

Its so funny and entertaining. They even set up a stall...haha just to mimick RAmlys stall. Very cute and happy couple...hope u will visit Malaysia again

I think your ramly's burger way more exclusive than the ramly's burger itself as most of the ramly's burger stall used frozen instant meat& fries hahaha love the effort btw!

With that thickness of meat, you can partially slice open the meat, open the "flap" of meat and put curry powder and Maggi seasoning while cooking it, then close the flap, making it one piece again. That would gives an extra flavorful end result to your patty since there's also seasoning between your patties! It's a common technique used by my local Ramly burger stalls at my place hehehe 😁

Sugoi that you making your own Burger. Normally it your own costuming it yourself. If here normally mayo, sos 🍅 or 🌶️. Others 1 sauce that from far away you can smell it is Maggi Sauce. Often eat it 🍔 during my studies because its cheaper as Rm2.50 to Rm5. The 🍟 are other way in making it, I seen the one from the late grandpa youtuber. After frying then add in the seasonings. Anyway other people there own way. Keep up the good work during stay at home period. Just wondering what you guys gonna made in the future. Here a suggestion, an old favorite are " Ais krim Potong" one of old classic of 🍦.

Just some additional advice on how to make it better: 1. The patty needs to be a bit thinner and smaller 2. Use a fork to make some hole on the patty so that when you put Worcestershire sauce it would be part of the flavour inside the patty or you can use maggi sauce also. 3. Mayonese and chilli sauce should be used after turn off the fire and patty already on the bun. 4. Slice thin capsicum, cabbage, salad leaves, yellow onion or big red onion. 5. Having it with a cold juice. Enjoy!
