With the season winding down, Kenny, Pierre, Mike, and Darrick give out yearly awards. Is Luka Doncic or Nikola Jokic the REAL MVP? Meanwhile, Victor Wembanyama and Rudy Gobert have had prestigious awards locked up for months. The fellas also name Sixth Man of the Year, Coach of the Year, and Most Improved Player. Plus, the NOTB crew created their own awards to hand out as well as naming All-NBA, All-Defensive, and All-Rookie teams.

@@zukusenryu I’m a nuggets/Jokic fan my guy, and far from a casual. What Luka is doing is fucking nuts. Jokic will win (as he should, his efficiency and advanced stats are incredible and his team’s record is better) but Luka does deserve the hype he’s been getting recently, especially as well as they’ve been playing. If their team records were the same I wouldn’t blame people for voting for Luka Jokic doesn’t give a fuck anyway, all he wants is the chip (rightly so)

that nostalgia bit at the end was so wholesome, for me it's the smell of the ocean, it reminds me of beach days as a kid and the ferry trips I took to visit my grandparents. Also a lot of old christmas songs because my grandmother and her best friend used to sing them at events and I always used to hear them rehearsing whenever I was over there.

For reference, Denver's most used line up has played together for 1000 minutes, whilst Dallas most played lineup just cracked 200 minutes (that lineup includes pj washington and gafford who both came at the deadline). Denver's third most used lineup is more played than any lineup Dallas has played. Ironically when the mavs got healthy they've been the best team in the nba.

If we r talking about the most impactful defensive player, wemby number 1 in blocks, steals, and stocks among every other top guy by a wide margin. As a magic fan, y'all are 100% right no magic fan expected us to be where we are. Whatever magic fan told P we expected this does not speak for us. The most optimistic predictions were like the 6 seed and that felt crazy at the time. Luka december and january was avg 37 point triple double, carrying a heavy injured roster, luka all season has been the best performing player.. The difference the last 2 months is kyrie is finally playing and trading for whst they need. If this was the roster from the start mavs could easily be the 1st seed in the west. 5/6 more W not to hard to get with pj/gafford from the jump. Jokic drop a 19pts game every 10 day, but everyone only highlights jokic when drop 30pts
