Hello gang!
Welcome back to Those 2 Runners!
This week's video is a throwback to summer 2023, and the quietest parkrun we've ever done! It was Ashington Community Woodland Parkrun's 4th event and it's super picturesque - but so quiet, you could hear a pin drop!

My favourite item at the moment is my 'didn't get a place in the London Marathon via the ballot' consolation fleece - it's really nice for these conditions.

I want to make London my first marathon, so I think I might get fundraising and go for a charity place in 2025.

I tend to run a lot in Nike kit, from the Nike Store in Pity Me. I have bought a few pair of trainers from NB Dalton Park. Ashington is on my To Do list.
