I think you're thinking of asset forfeiture in general, not of the civil variety. Civil forfeiture is used specifically to take from people who have done noting wrong.

Pro tip, PT Cruiser GTs had the same SRT4 Engines as the Neon but tuned a bit down and most were still automatics. They're great sources for SRT swaps.

seriously? couldnt stand either one. 60 seconds in i muted the sound. all but 2 maybe 3 cars were interesting rest were boring as the comentators probably were. they look 40 and act like they 15 year old girls.
