We're afraid of the truth, understandably... true emptiness is very rare (Clip June 2023) 

This emptiness is a big achievement that indeed has a difficult side, and entails much discomfort and suffering. But the next step is unveiling the fullness of the bodily energies that bring one to ananda, a quiet inner joy thst no longer dwells in the melancholy mental philosophy of the non-dualism described here.

Unexpressed emotions will eventually be spontaneously expressed, but it will be life itself doing it, you will not feel bad for this because you won't have any other choice, just like you mentioned in the video. I also expressed quite a lot of anger here and there in the past months and I felt no shame of that and things turned out perfectly fine for me and the people around me.

I have learned to absolutely love the simplicity of this...an eternal dream. Two dreams! At night I go to sleep and go to Dreamworlds Land, then I wake up and a more familiar dream continues...and I don't have to do anything except watch which ever part(s) of the movie I find mySelf paying attention to. I was in 'Thoughts-Hell' in 2019 until I recognized it was all my doing...and a couple years later here I am in "The Kingdom of Heaven" (as Jesus called this)...and, ya, I absolutely love it...even though it's almost too simple to live this way...had I of pre-awakening seen this person walking around like a ghost every day I would have assumed he was lost, crazy, perhaps schizophrenic. Enlightenment can seem weird! 😆

For me this boiled down to pure seeing. When the seeing was realized the me was seen and then everything just drops. And yet life goes on but this is also seen, constantly. Probably a gentle reminder and its immediately just seen for what it is that is currently happening. We are still alive after all...conditioning is still kicking and yet this is with you, constantly, just seeing.

It feels that what is coming up a lot lately is that part that you mentioned where “everything is empty and inherently has no meaning” yet it feels a terribly lonely place to be where no one else seems to be able to grasp that. Seeing the drama people make and the unnecessary heartache pain and destruction they create for themselves and others. It feels like being the only one awake in the dream. Fascinating to observe including the terrible sadness and other emotions that come up.

i do agree most say that we are not the labels that it's made up because that's exactly how apart of me i always feel deep about it too

Some suffering should be run from, but you are talking about the existential self worth question, which is probably wise.

I felt it this truth appeared in a clear way. I have a lot of dreams in my head while sleeping that are happening in the outside world. I always feel like this was the same moment it feels like everything is mixing past future and in that the only real thing is the present moment in an always new evolving subtle way but not so different after all. I always find it difficult to express it with words because my mind can not fully understands this, just a part. So when I see the dream happening it is just a sort of evidence that there is nothing but the present moment. The experience in this body likes to see the evidences like a detective it is really fun because if you are aware of everything, everything is literally an evidence that there is only this moment and this makes me laugh a lot :) So the future is always now and the past is always now. Wa can not predict the future, it is just how clear you see the things now that make the believe that you can predict what could be. For example you met someone with bad habits and you are extremely aware of their heavy breath, how they stand and you feel that there is something like a disease for example and later the person find out it had a disease. It is not a prediction it is only how clear you see the subtle things in the present moment

i think it is opening a sense. can't be attain with or through the mind, which would be like seeing with your ears. we're just cultivating this sense and 'waking up'. ... I don't know if I am empathizing with you or if you are emitting shakti...

You can tell the asleep characters how to wake up and it not being arrogant or they are still part of the dream, cause it's truth telling them, or trying to destroy more untruth. There's still no "you." Problem is, they will never wake up because you can't actually teach them enlightenment and they won't accept what the path is anyway, Some characters would proclaim "I'm" arrogant as "I'll" have no problem blasting peoples egos. If that was what Fate planned for my apparent character to do, so be it. "I" have no say in the matter. It's not about "me."

not knowing how to act or behave has definitely been cropping up here. anger for example just expresses itself and then its gone. it feels like there is still the playing out of mind stuff and its like i'm watching it happen at times btw towards the end are you referring newman/parsons etc and radical non dual teachers? because they say that no-self can't be known by definition. it does come across as arrogant at times maybe, but i've found their direct pointing really helpful at times - cutting through the bs of the separate self. they usually don't talk about escaping seeking either. so i'm curious as to who you are referencing much love

Can you please describe your non-duality practice (how much time you spend focusing on it,) in terms of: how long you've been practicing, how much you practice daily, ... how much of that practice is truly sit-down dedicated-into-dao practice, (not just in-and-out 'breathing' like I do I guess,) and whether or not you received any transmission? (PS do you think you can receive shakti through youtube videos?) ... and do you have any siddhis manifest, (such as, say, telepathy?) ... you know, just for more 'scientific' understanding

It's easy to sit and talk about this outside the realm of actually living life. You talk about past and future, but what about when now is unbearable? I'm about to lose my car, probably my house, alone, broke, nowhere to go, and hopeless. Where is everything is okay in that? Am I supposed to rest as presence and ignore the fact that I'm losing my whole life here? All the action I could take did nothing. I give up.

You have the look of "enlightenment" and you can probably instantly go into samadhi or at least you try to do so in worldly situations.

your vid sent me a 'manifesting' advertisement i watched half of and I had to write this down: I think I manifested my wife but after 8 years she divorced me and turned into a massive horrible bitch. so be careful what you wish for. ... but here is what I will manifest: buy gold, bide my time in spiritual practice, work my part-time english teaching job, get laid, finish my book (again), and then wait for the economic apocalypse and my gold will make me wealthy and I can live quietly in peace. I see a lot of tropical beach hut living, probably around thailand. ... I guess that's not the path to RICH .... the gold should do pretty good... I think it should net an easy million when time comes, probably more than that. then I can just invest in other things. .... business is not a good idea right now anyways....................
