Lauren and I bought an abandoned farm in 2020. We're working on cleaning up and clearing out the land to turn it back into a vibrant working homestead/farm in order to produce healthy foods as well as have a little fun along the way!

Sorry to hear about Lauren's aunt, give her my well wishes. You have been doing quite the work around your place! Looking good! You are going to have quite the brush pile to burn!

Thanks Bob! So much brush to burn I think my neighbors will be smoked out for a very long time! The piles just keep getting bigger and more of them.

Again our condolences to Lauren. It’s never an easy time, especially when it invokes issues like cancer, but you’re still in our prayers. Things are looking great! Potatoes are I think one of the easiest crops…it took me a while to figure it out. The planting depth is not deep but it is essential to keep an eye out for potatoes starting to pop up and immediately start hilling over. You will bill several times but it’s worth the harvest! 😁 Hydraulic hoses…if you have a NAPA store close by, they will make a hose generally for less than buying one already made. There are other sources as well, but it is as I noted…generally less and, quicker right now anyway, to have then made up as the need arises…our ruptures!!😲🤣 Good to see you again…it’s hard, hard work, even if you enjoy it….and the filming no doubt adds makes it more burdensome! But we do really appreciate it!!

Thanks, Keith! I’ll keep an eye out for the potatoes coming up! I’ll have to check out NAPA too. It was good to take a step back from RU-vid and just work mindlessly for a bit and clear my head. We appreciate you watching and all your great comments, support and help!
