Jen, I just want to thank you for being so open and vulnerable in such a public way. Growing up, I was taught (like so many of us who are 30+) to bottle up my feelings, etc. And there was so much stigma around mental health and therapy. And so it took me a long time to recognize what was happening with me. And had I had more role models, like you, who are just their authentic self, not afraid to show their emotions in a healthy and positive way... I think things would have been a lot different growing up. So thank you. Having followed you guys for a long time now, I'm just so happy to see the journey you guys have been on and where life is taking you.

If you move Jackson, do it earlier in the pregnancy and make it a big deal about promoting him to a big boy room. It helps keeping him feel displaced. With my oldest, referring to our baby and letting my son be part of the process helped him be so excited to take care of our second. He was such a helper. And he and his sister are super close.

Jenn, I’m so happy for you, Tim and Jackson. My dad passed away when he was 62 and my mom when she was 69. I am 53 so I know I will feel the same way as I get closer. We tried for so many years for our second baby and he was actually born on the day that my dad had passed away, many years prior so his birthday, July 8 is special to us for all of the reasons that you are grieving and happy at the same time. Oh Jen, I know how you feel. My mom was diagnosed with cancer when she was 37 and my sister died at 38 and I just turned 37. I’m thankful healthy, knock on wood, and I understand that fear.. that’s the beauty that just cuz it happens to our family doesn’t mean it will happen to us. Stay healthy 💕

I remember watching this when they first posted this, but rewatching this really makes me want to hug Jen when she's talking about her mom. That kind of trauma is hard to let go of but seeing how amazing of a mother Jen is really fills me with joy!

Jen I have wanted to be a mother most of my life it’s been my dream. But I have this fear constantly because my mother died from a very rare auto immune disease at 45. Thank you for sharing with us and giving me some hope. You are both such wonderful parents and I am beyond thrilled for you!! Congratulations

"Why did you eat a baby?" I laughed SO loud!! Congrats to you both and to Jackson who'll be the best big brother ever! Well, along with mine too, haha. And if you're up for traveling, why not come to Boston or New England this fall for a baby-moon? We don't have much in the way of theme parks but we do have beautiful weather and it's so scenic! Boston is full of fun things to do too! It's like Liberty Square but bigger!

Congratulations! Mini vans are wonderful!! We love ours…drives nice, lots of trunk room, easy for kids to get in and easy to open sliding side doors to put baby in.

I understand what you're feeling! My mother passed away when she was 29, and I always had this thought that I wouldn't outlive her. But my first baby was born the year I turned 29, and then I was able to let go of those feelings. Congrats to all of you!
