Although sleepovers have never been a big deal to my now teenage daughter, I still have specific rules in place concerning them. One of those is the assurance of adult-supervision.
Doing my best to help keep her safe is one way I express my love for her.
My daughter's safety is extremely important to me & while not everyone agrees teens need supervision, my belief is that they do. Therefore, in order for a sleepover to occur, I make sure to communicate with the adults in charge wherever my daughter is staying.
