At the beginning of the song, Ronnie says “I watched it rip apart my family” because both his parents were drug addicts. His mom left him, his brother, and his when he was just a little kid. His dad is now doing great and is sober (he pops in both Ronnie and Saraya’s streams from time to time to hang out and say hi to everyone). Ronnie later also got addicted to drugs and actually overdosed but was able to be saved. He mentions the close call in a few different songs. And yes, “I missed a phone call from a friend the other day” is about his brother Anthony. The motorcycle club in the video is his dad’s MC in Las Vegas. The front guy is his dad ☺️

I love the quote "There's two wolves, battling us all right now. One's good, the other one is evil. If you're wondering which wolf inside will succeed, it's simple, it's the one that you feed." Gives me goosebumps every time.

I knew you guys would like this, it is SO different from what you’ve reacted to before. He conveys the frustration of addiction recovery so well. I can’t imagine how hard it would be to get clean, but still have to fight every day for the rest of your life because that particular demon doesn’t go away, it’s there for life. You can just hear that frustration in his voice.

The shirt change was a masterpiece of "reaction" art :) I read somewhere that is his brother's bike he is riding, but don't know that for sure. I am fairly certain he is referring to his brother's phone call that he missed even though his brother's death wasn't drug-related. I need to go back to your FIR list and see which ones you haven't reacted to before making any suggestions.

This is one of favorite songs that Ronnie and FIR created! He has come such a long way from when he got addicted. This song is like, the epitome of someone hitting complete rock bottom and then having to face all your darkest parts of yourself to crawl your way back up to become a better person. Loved the shirt change, had me laughing 😂 Rolling Stone is a really good one you guys have to listen to! If you want to explore more into just how good he can rap, give Who Can Stop Us featuring Duece and B Lay!

This is now a tribute to the band member ,Derek,who passed away in 2020 just months after his wife’s death in 2019.

Great reaction. I think this is the most straight forward/classic hard-rock song that Ronnie ever did. Personally I wouldn't be such a big fan, if ask their music was like this, but nonetheless it's probably in my top 10 favorites by them. Maybe he did this song like this because his brother would have liked this style or because his dad and his mc would like it, but that's pure speculation. I still hope you'll dive deeper into Falling in Reverse. I realize that there are songs from other artist that will get you more views than an older, video less, Falling in Reverse song, but I still hope you'll check some out. There is so many great lyrics and creative songwriting left. Somewhere online there's a video of Ronnie listening to his whole Coming Home album with his co-producer or co-writer (can't remember, it's been a while) of the album. This song is in my top ten for FIR, absolutely love the message and him bringing up the two wolves that we feed. In this album specifically, he actually changed up quite a lot. This album was a major test to see his peeks with different genres. I would recommend listening to Drifter, F*** The Rest, or Keep Holding On. Shows how much of a range that he has in his back pocket

Ok so...not sure if this was planned or what but you guys posted on the angelversary of his brothers passing... I ride so I know the symbolism in this video (very well unfortunately). Also I went on this journey with Ronnie thru his music in real time. Also an addict so in real real time. I think their dad is in the video somewhere(prob on a bike IJS) but I haven't been able to watch this video since it came out. It's a painful reminder of all of my lost brethren on 2s. I doubt you guys will see this on this old video but the song titled "Brother" was written about his brother who died in a motorcycle crash and called him just a few minutes before the crash trying to get help with bike issues. I do believe that he is talking about another person in this song but I cannot confirm that.

You guys should check out "Vendettas" and "Devil Don't Cry" by King 810 and "Hate myself" and "Whatchuwando" by Yavid... It's the same singer in both. King 810 is his metal band n Yavid is his rap stuff and those 2 songs by King 810 and "Hate Myself" by Yavid tell a lot about his rough upbringing in Flint Michigan(literally the city the highest crime rate in America) n "Watchuwando" is a perfect example of him not being emotional but instead walking into the studio with that give no fucks attitude... I think you guys would love him like Ronnie... Maybe not as much but still... Also his guitarist for King 810's grandma n great aunt are the sweet old ladies who do the TwoRockingGrannies channel

The part about a friend passing away isn't about his brother, but his brother also suffered with addiction and eventually died, so yes it could be about his brother but I feel like it isn't. Ronnie's older friends seem to all have used drugs. One was Max Green, the ex bassist for Escape The Fate and Falling in Reverse, for a long time he was abusing substances and Ronnie fought really hard to get him sober. Btw, as much as I wanna say that you've heard Falling in Reverse doing some crazy stuff, until you hear songs like Born to Lead, Rolling Stone, Self-destruct Personality, The Departure, and especially Guillotine IV, then you haven't heard anything. Which the guillotine series of songs are a great bunch of songs to hear, the first one was from when he was in Escape The Fate, the next two songs were done using the guy who replaced him in Escape The Fate, and the fourth one was done by Falling in Reverse and all are crazy shredding songs.
