Another fun fact, this song is seemingly visually referenced in Overcompensate. "Three lights are lit, but the fourth one's out." In the beginning of Overcompensate, during the Sahlo Folina bit, there are 4 lights, but only 3 of them are lit.
@RykerRoad pls listen to an Isle of flightless birds this song makes me feel some type of way I don't know I think you I recommend it please please I want to know your honest opinion about it

Melanie often wears wigs but I think her pixi cut is her real hair. She was inspired to dye her hair by Cruella de Vil. She also said in an interview, that she likes this kind of hairstyle because she loves the idea of the contrast between light and dark. When she told her mother she was going to dye her hair her mom told her no she wasn’t and so Melanie went and got her hair done. I believe she had it dyed right before her audition for The Voice. I’ve been a fan of hers sense her first audition. Her version of Brittany Spears-Toxic is so good!
6:19 these kinda parts are actually called dance breaks. When the rhythm changes...most of the time. With groups that follow the trend. Anyways as a NCTzen I need to make the joke you see the length if the video 10:27...it has 127 in it T'T It is a joke because a sub unit of NCT is NCT 127, there is more but I am not going to bother you about that for now. Dance breaks as from the name are made for them to dance more intensly. Sometimes it changes the song completly which I love. But sometimes it is different but not crazily. As someone who likes experimental groups this is very the norm for kpop. Just from what I see. I think you will enjoy more than just BLACKPINK. But i don't want to just recommend stuff. So for now. Just YG groups(the same company as BP) TREASURE, BIGBANG, iKON, BABYMONSTER, 2NE1. BIGBANG and 2NE1 are 2nd gen groups so they debuted around the 2000 to 2011. While iKON and BP and WINNER are 3rd gen 2012 - 2017 and TREASURE 4th gen 2018-2022, lastly BABYMON 5th gen 2023 - and on. First gen was around the 90s till the 2000s. In the beginning KPOP was alot inspired by Hip Hop...They still are but have their own xolor not just the language. Eventho some do sound generic in a POP way. Mostly just specific songs not the groups themselves.
This song and You Never Know really hits hard for Jennie. She got alot of hate for dating Kai around 2018. To the point her instagram got closed for some time. Kai is a member of EXO from SM ENTERTAINMENT. Some of the fans mostly the local ones are very attached to them and such. Even their member Chen got hate for getting married and having kids. It is sad tbh. The industry builds/sells these groups as fans bfs/gfs. You can see it more on other groups. EXO, ENHYPEN, TWICE, etc... It is sad that someone dating someone else is problematic. It hits hard for every member and almost any person. But Jennie as one of the most hated idols. I think it is understandable why some of us feel it more. Especially with You Never Know. Also every member gets hate and BP as a whole. It is sad. But motivating in a sense. The more haters you have the more known you are.
