Yes true, this is comparing pretty cheap model, I would compare eufy x8 £199 new lot of places in UK Vs this at £1199 your unlikely see much difference

You mean like the streak of dust left behind the Eufy when it was doing the border? You get what you pay for. The Dyson isn’t great on small mats as it can pull or prop them up. Cleaning floors/carpet there is no other stronger vacuum and I have the Roborock S8 MaxV Ultra. Many more features, much smarter, better avoidance, not as good a vacuum and I mean by far. So you really have to know what you want. Need a vacuum and mop, don’t get the Dyson. Need the best vacuum, get the Dyson.
