I did like the Nukeproof Megawatt Carbon. I really thought that was a real cool machine when it first came out. It's just a shame that they'd gone bankrupt. After watching a number of videos on the Strive on Limited and obviously Strive on, I just thought that's such a great machine. Well, maybe not in the looks, but it looks as though it's going to do a really good job. I ended up deciding to buy the Canyon Strive:ON CFR Limited, not talking about the price currently only £7,300 in the Canyon sale 😊and I'm going to be taking delivery of that this Friday, which I'm really looking forward to it. Great video. Keep up the great work, mate
@alexbiketester it's nice to know that most of the tester are saying the same thing, I had been on to Whyte for the E180 Works, but no test demo only the run of the mill and e light, I don't want to be a mouse inside a wheel 😅 when my Canyon turn up I will be covering it on my other youtube channel 😀 unlike others it will be living with group B race limited ebike 🤣 laters
Both look sick and what a good comparison. With Nukeproof and Vitus closing shop in the USA and the parent company going into administration I am sticking with Canyon.
@@alexbiketester thanks that’s good to know! P.s. how about a video about where you are and what the local riding is like - I guess you’re somewhere in Italy.
These two were the exact two bikes that I narrowed down to and was deciding between November of last year. I ended up getting the Megawatt Carbon RS in the end, and I am definitely happy with the purchase. Though I never rode the Strive CFR, Megawatt rips downhill.
Difficult to answer, both are good bikes but the Strive is more "Enduro" than the specialized. Specialized is more adaptable for different riding styles. I like both but would take the strive.
@@alexbiketester thanks for the answer, thats my conclusion by now aswell. Although im thinking about the specialized instead just because of dealer support. But im not decided really
Commencal have to make it available for everyone. Or we have to ask to test it. However as stated in the title these two bikes are the standout choices for this year and it's not a listicle video. We have actually spent a fair amount of time on both. There are lots of best bikes videos, but they are just broll and scripted talk.
