You both do strive to treat everyone well and I'm glad to see it pay dividends for yall! One example for everyone else too. At the most recent Houston show Casey made sure to point me to a table that had a fresh set of Walkers available since he knew I was working the short set! Sadly the customer at the table when I got there had scooped up everything (something else which goes back to the topic of yalls previous video on the problems with shows) but I still greatly appreciated the thoughtfulness and friendliness!

What an amazing concept, but it is true. Be nice and honest to people and most of the time they will be nice and honest with you. I had a storefront (not coins, different industry) for 25 years and that was always my credo.

Great tips at the beginning about overhead. I’ve done the same thing keeping it its maximum lowest allowing me to be more profitable and deliver a better price. I run the business out of my home, everything is paid for with nothing fancy or any monthly payments. That interest is a killer. If something bad happens I can survive to fight another day. I imagine at this point as business owners you could go buy a fancy brand new car, rent a space do all that but that will trickle down to your customers and put you guys at risk. Stay humble, invest wisely, pay as you go don’t borrow. slow n steady wins the race
