I love it when you take us shopping with you! Makes me jealous! Wish there was stores like that near me! We have thrift stores, but nothing like those you go to. You are so fun to watch and how you redo the items...super! Very talented.
I love that frame with the roses! I hope you can match the pretty pink if not excited to see what you do ! Also excited to see what Zeb does with the old suitcase
i think the brass thingee at18:00 used to have a gong hanging from the top by a cord. The hooks below held the wooden mallet to strike it with. And, Yellow Perch is the name of the fish, not the company that made it. lol
The butterflies are....."Lovely" 🤣 My cousin is an Estate sale seller and in her ads she always says "nice", a nice this and a nice that, this is a nice that, its really nice, I called her and told her use different words LOL! I like when you say cute❤
I feel like I’m walking through the thrift store with my Mentors! ♥️. I really do learn so much from the two of you. I especially love it when you talk through your thought process. I love these videos also because they’re not just a “haul” video or watching you buy stuff. You explain what needs done, what to look for and what you plan to do to it. Thanks for taking us along and Jami honey, you can say cute, as much as you want. ♥️
*Jami, you can use a magic marker, shoe polish or furniture touch up markers to color in the white spots on those chipped Styrofoam berries (since they look as though they are in the brown color spectrum) on your thrifted wreath. There are probably DIY Paints that you could mix to match the color, too. Just mix in a little of one of the light Cottage Colors to the paint so it is sealed when dry.*

Crappy thrift stores in my area in upstate NY, and the furniture is way too expensive. Vintage pieces are in style and designers are willing to pay top dollar, raising the prices for all of us.
Here in St. George DI the prices on artwork has gotten ridiculous. That same painting Zeb pick up for 10.00 would have been 35.00 and up. I don’t understand who prices these things and why such a huge price difference here in Southern Utah!! Definitely have better and more thrift stores up North. Great finds!!
Thank you ❤️. Same skin care as always. But I have been taking supplements like I should, my thyroid is finally at a good level and my hormones are almost balanced. It’s crazy how out of balance our systems can get. ❤️❤️
Thanks for the mountain views -- purple mountains majesty ! Oh , lots of us loved that hutch ( decades ago you paid a lot for that furniture ) Jami , have you seen the market for airBnB's falling off ? Could be a rent property w/ monthly income coming in ... ( saw lots of fans identifying that brass piece as a dinner gong-- smart people )
Zeb I just read that Scientists have now found traces of the toxic chemical, arsenic, in the covers of more than 200 books from around the world. It was used in green covered books in the 1800’s I believe. Thought I’d mention it. It’s very interesting and good to know. I thought you may like to read about this yourself. Blessings to you and your family!
Did you get the hutch for the cottage? That was a cool one!❤ Love the Bauer bowl and the vintage suitcase.. can't wait to see what you do on that one! Dang that yummy Taco sauce,Jami!!🌮😋
No, Zeb didn’t even show me the hutch. I didn’t see it till I watch the video. We probably shouldn’t start buying furniture though for a cottage. We haven’t even finished. I’m sure I’ll find plenty of good stuff when it’s done.
Carolyn ... We have California in Columbus-- thanks for sending it over ! That was a good hutch -- older , solid wood , discreet & modern lines ( see ya Saturday )
Jami I ordered some milk paint and I only got the sheep stencil. I tried to email you but it kept in the saying invalid password . What is the store number and I could just call about it?
