So glad I found your vlog. My husband passed in January after a 2 year struggle with Cancer. Right now I can’t seen to get myself out of bed so I’m living vicariously thru you as your doing so many of the adventures we had planned to do in the last chapter of our lives.My husband handled most all the new Cruising technology so moving forward without him is overwhelming for numerous reasons. Watching your vlogs, curled up with a cup of tea gets me through another day as I you always give me a little tickle and makes my heart smile. Virgin seems interesting and different than other cruise lines. Even though it’s probably not for me, I nonetheless am glad they exist, to give us more choices. Great and honest review/vlog, guys! Much appreciated. You guys do fantastic work! 😊
Nor for me, but competition is always great, and Virgin is giving something for the market: Informality will bring universality. The most I like all those "old time" cruise traditions, I must admit, they're not for everyone as well, then bring along a ship where you are on a cruise like if you were on a big urban party. If well succeeded and it seems Virgin is being sort of well succeeded, then at least some parts of the experience will to land out elsewhere from the true luxury market (New Crystal and Explora Journeys are the best examples) to the mainline cruising (MSC World class and RCI Icon class are the best example). Times are changing.

I have a close friend who is very particular and can do well with a Texas barbeque or a private dinner at a place. He loved Virgin on a recent trip. Remarkable.
This is why my group of queer and trans people went together for the first time earlier this year. Not just for the passengers, but for all the crew as well. A utopia I wish existed everywhere. 💜

The reliance on the app makes this sound like my nightmare. I don't want to be glued to my phone waiting for it to ping to tell me to get off the ship in port. I miss the days where I locked it into the safe and never looked at it once on a cruise.

Totally agree with you guys, Virgin is our number 1 cruise line too. The food is tge best we have ever had on any cruise and we love that it is all included with no speciality "to pay extra" restaurants. We have 3 booked for next year. Love all your vlogs, thanks for all your hard work. ❤xx
I am so excited after watching this. We had a 10th anniversary cruise ( our first) planned next year on Virgin, but we were affected with all the cancellations and at first I was devastated ,BUT we were able to replace our 6 day cruise in the Caribbean to a dream cruise of 12 days to new Zealand and Australia for the same price!! What an upgrade ! We had to push it a year, but I am thrilled. We can't wait!! Thank you for this review. ❤
When the Virgin voyage first came out , I never thought we would like it at all ! As we’re middle aged boring couple who just like to relax and have great food . I now think that the cruise has something for everyone , looks like you can be very busy with all the daily entertainment etc . Also it looks like there’s plenty of places just to chill out with lovely surroundings. The adult only is a big thing for us , our kids are grown up so we don’t want other peoples kids running around lol 😜 been there done that . I think we really should give it a try .

I already adored you, but when you rub the word moist in people's face that claim to hate it, is the BEST!!!! The kind of person who says this is the kind of person who doesn't read, and isn't curious of the world, they have nothing to talk about, so they say this kind of thing they heard once on a sitcom and pitch it as their own original thought!!
The XL Sea Terrace is my favourite because of the larger bathroom. A separate toilet, a bigger shower, and 2 sinks. I see they now have a blue octopus in the room! I need one of them to go with my red one! The hammock. It's so funny that when they launched everyone thought they were a gimmick, but I have never seen anyone who didn't love it. Its the perfect place to do some reading when relaxing before dinner.
This is a great review, this has made us so excited for our Resilient Lady cruise next summer! Lovely to see Dubrovnik from a different angle too, we had a fab visit there a few years back! 🛳️
Great review boys! We are avid Celebrity Cruisers but since the new President took over it has really gone down hill. Enjoyed this review of Virgin because it is coming up a lot on all the Celebrity Boards and we were considering trying it out. We miss our old Celebrity but are looking forward to trying a Cruise Line that actually listens to their guests and delivers a great experience. Keep up the great work! Cheers Chad
The more i see of virgin the more i know its not for us. We like more traditional cruise lines. Thats the good thing about cruises, there is something for everybody. Love watching your vlogs.
Say moist as much as you like. I love a moist cake or donut. LOL! Based on the breakfast/brunch, I understand why they have that staircase. You need to walk up the stairs to burn off the food.
First time watching one of your videos and I absolutely love you two! A cruise is something I have never done and probably won’t, but I feel very inspired for the first time watching because well the food of course, but also the location and your excellent coverage of what it actually looks like on the ground instead of a travel video. But I’ll tell you, the thing that really got me was the relaxed policy where the people working for the cruise line can actually be themselves. What are different that makes when people can express who they are. Love that.
Absolutely love you two ❤ I just returned from Bath, England and I did high tea while I was there. To settle the dispute of whether you put on the cream first and then the jam, or the jam first and then the cream, I split my scone in half and tried it both ways 😂 Both were absolutely delicious!

Thanks you! QUESTION GUYS? Why is it so very expensive???? Paris is not that expensive. Is it just a tourist trap. $17 Euros for soup and fries?? Exorbitant in my book! There are so many beautiful places that don’t rob you blind. I’ll go there by plane 😅😅😅😅 Must agree with Afternoon Tea! That is the tiniest bit of Clotted Cream I have EVER SEEN, that will never do! One of my favorite places in the world. Spent time there in 1968 (yup), Tito was still in power. Stayed in old town and met the most incredible people who took care of us. Soooo many very happy memories. Always enjoy U2 so very much. Carry on!

New to your channel, I have laughed out loud at your funny scenes and takes on the "review ". Especially on the "English Tea" segment. You have convinced me, as an English speaking person, to try this experience for myself, God willing. Although I am biased towards the Irish argument- I have to say I love your videos, so keep up the good work and push forward thru the drudgery of going on these cruises for our benefit ! I feel like I don’t stay in my room enough to need a couch😅. Even when I was in a room with a couch, I sat on it like once. I feel like it’d be something I’d want if I went on with a group of friends and wanted to share a bottle of champagne in my room or something.

Keep the honest opinions coming.❤ By the way Ben, that was a macaron which is a sandwich like cookie filled with jam, ganache or buttercream. Macaroon is a drop cookie usually using shredded coconut. I love them both! However, I do agree with you that the food selection was not at all what you should be getting for a high tea setting.
As someone from Kansas, I have to throw in that while yes, we do grow corn, we're mostly known for wheat. I think Oklahoma is too. Corn is mostly known for being grown in Nebraska and Iowa
