As a veteran myself, all of these things are giving me such pleasure watching civvies mess around with just the PT gear and look like total privates. "Don't call me sir, I work for a living" was definitely a common phrase too. "I'm up he sees me I'm down" was by far the most entertaining thing to watch other privates do

as a combat vet, this made my night full of laughter when eddie was doing the "im up im down" with those i got blown by a nade jumps lmao. all this PT brings me back in time to where i scold my battle buddies for fucking around and laughing then grew to loving the getting smoked by the drill sgts. i miss eating MREs ngl lol chili mac was my favorite kind then trading lunch snacks with others.

i was in a youth navy program for a little less than a year, and even tho it was fun at times, they ran it exactly like basic training. so now ik that I don't wanna be in the military while I'm older, and seeing juicy and eddie joke around during this made me laugh so hard bc they wouldn't get away w any of that shit 😂

As someone who had to eat MREs regularly as a kid, I take great amusement out of watching people try to figure them out. My dad bought cases of MREs and told us, "There's your meals". He showed me once when I was a little girl how to use the heaters, and you had better pay attention when shown once, because you were on your own and unsupervised with them after that. Also, we did duke it out for the Chili Mac.
