It's like the two drinks per guest a party after purchasing a ticket. You get two tickets. After that, the guests usually pay. But they should have agreed on who pays.

The defendant should have made it clear to her guests that they couldn't get extra food. I am sure of the 100+ extra. Some were people who had tickets and just wanted more food. I think Judge should have awarded the plantif his money. The defendant was wrong.she agreed to the price of extra tacos. The plantif is preparing food and cant stop after each person requests an extra taco. The defendant knew she was responsible for extra food. I dare say the aunts did lose their tickets.I dont think they had them in the first place . I think.she invited them late and told them to come and they could eat.

I think Taco Man knew better. He was just trying to make as much money as he could and it backfired. 2nd case was tough. Maybe the defendant should have paid and it would have been up to him to find the hit and run driver. I dunno ...

Possibly the car backed into another car or tree. The cousin could have just left the car where he parked it. If he had left his car and no one was there it could have been hit by a tree.apparently no tree fell and apparently the plantif has left his car out of the garage many times. He couldn't have been in that big of a hurry he couldn't have put his car in the garage unless the storm had already started and he wanted to avoid it. His garage probably did have a lot inside. So many people have garages that are used for storage and their cars are parked in the driveway or on the street. I wonder how much time lapsed between the plantif leaving and the storm starting. Sounds like the plantif wanted his car to get hit. Is it possible the cousin may have left at some time and the car got bumped somewhere else or possibly a tree limb or some heavy object hit it. Many speculations. If you know a storm is coming and you have a garage available. One would normally put their car inside unless it wont fit.
