Case # 1: the designer has shown herself to be a hothead. Not good for her brand. She's older and should have demonstrated more maturity and deplomacy. Case #2: Boy... couldn't for a minute keep his mouth shut. Noooo... gotta post everything on SM. Glad the plaintiff got the money.

Wrong, the woman was grieving the passing of her mother. No one ever thinks to look between couch cushions to look for money that they did not know was there. Usually, people put their money into a mattress.

Wow. The two ladies in the first case really think they are scary staring each other down. 😂 the defendant was so hateful. I couldn’t believe her talking about “I took pity on her.” If you can’t make the dress she wants, send her somewhere else. Don’t take her money!

Regarding the first case, I would NEVER have made such demands on a wedding gown within 90 days!!! She should've gotten the gown off the rack or go to another designer. STOP COMPLICATING THINGS!!😮

First case: Women can be so caddy 🤦🏾‍♀️ Rightfully with a 1000.00 partial refund and the dress should her case be dismissed, and the dress was beautiful. Second case: WHO IN THEIR RIGHT MIND would advertise the findings of $10,000???? Social media has a chokehold on people it’s ridiculous to report your life there let alone THIS!!! Give it back 😡…..

1st case, the plaintiff did not listen to the designer that the time frame was not enough time, 3 months to custom make a wedding gown to her specifics. Then the plaintiff agreed with the one sketch from a picked already made gown that the designer could alter a bit for plaintiff. Plaintiff agreed to the one sketch and then with the finished product, did not like it. She a diva, the plaintiff and hate to see how she treats her new husband.

So what exactly happens if he doesn't return the money? Here in Brazil no one goes to jail for any kind of debt unless is child support. So what happens in there? Because he didn't act like he was going to return it. He even called her delusional

Nothing. Possession is the law here. Whoever owns it, gets to keep it; therefore, the defendant ( owns the couch) gets to keep it.

In the 2nd case, the defendant is the cause is of his own misfortune. You got not to expose your daily life in social media. Sometimes being quiet helps a lot.

The plaintiff in the first case just wanted a free dress and her money back! The plaintiff is unreasonable for wanting a full refund and a free wedding dress! The plaintiff is outrageous!!! The plaintiff is trying to scam the designer. Bad karma will come back to the plaintiff. What goes around comes around!!!

Fair for the money belonged to the plaintiff. She had no idea that her mother put money in the couch cushions. People usually stuff the bed mattress with money. Truth.

I don't agree with the verdict in the second case AT ALL! POSSESSION is nine tenths of the law!! There's no way after she sold the couch she should still be entitled to what's inside the couch!!!

Am a tailor/ dressmaker. I can't agree with the judgement.! I see two ENTIRELY DIFFERENT STYLE dresses there.!! If it's ONE THING I try MY BEST to do, I'd GIVE MY CLIENTS what they ask for.! Now if I DON'T have tje time to work on a dress like that, cuz THAT'S ALLOT OF WORK.! Remember. There WILL be Other works ahead and to give a job that amount of attention will take a longer time and COST MORE..!!! I guess that's why the dressmaker was trying to Push another dress on her, but, ONCE there is TIME, you should get what you desire and pay for.
