“You aren’t a professional welder so get things comfortable for you” 100% I agree with this. As an actual professional welder being comfortable makes a huge impact on your welds and cuts 🙌🏻
PPE boots in a shop no matter the project at hand. Accidents/mistakes are just that, unprepared circumstances. If we knew what was going to happen then we just wouldn’t do it. Lesson learned we hope!
I’ve been subscribed to y’all for a good while now, I just don’t write many comments… Clancy, this project is beyond amazing & to be able to watch it being created takes to a new level of AWWWW!!!!! I’m so looking forward to seeing it completed…. I hope you keep this awesome fire pit (work of art) to put into your very own yard one day for your family…. You’re so talented for your age in so many different trades & that stems from your parent’s choosing to raise as a respectful & Godly Young Man 1st & foremost…. They show you every day that with hard work & knowledge you can accomplish any life goals you can think of….. Best of luck with the fair…. Cody & Erica y’all are doing an outstanding job raising your son to be as self sufficient of a young man as he can be…. Thank you so much for the time & effort it takes to bring us all along for the ride….
#1) Glad Clancy didn't get hurt. #2) Yes, Clancy, don't ever wear tennis shoes when doing any type of work. And don't wear loose fitting clothing when working around any type of equipment in which it could get caught in the equipment. #3) Fire pit is looking good!
,😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂 it's discipline it's not the same thing I'm dragging up when you said abuse it's just funny it's not the same thing I cannot stop😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂😂
I'm very serious I like it how much you would charge to make me want and how come and pick it up let me know how much it cost you guys make me one 23:31
Very impressed. I think it looks great and I love how Cody is teaching Clancy to do it. I have went to fairs for a long time and you could always tell when the parents did the work and not the kids.
Turned out awesome! I’ve got one of those cheap plasmas as well. A good friend from ft worth actually made three of us custom fire pits for Christmas. He owns a custom truck bed company so his metal working skills are top notch. Clancys fire pit is turning out very cool!!
U Guys Rock! I am just so Thrilled how Cody takes Clarence under his Wings and Teach him so much at such a Young Age. I luv seeing that. Keep up the Great Work Guys, just makes my Day. Keep Pushing!
Great job, Clancy!! Your idea for the pattern was a great one and your cutting was precise. I think the image will really clear and stand out with a fire behind it. How very fortunate you have the opportunity to learn the plasma cutting and welding! Cody, you’re a great teacher.
Looks good I was thinking when first showed the foot proto type I thought how cool would be to shape them as cowboy boots then as I finished the video you guys saw the idea as well wouldn't think would take to much to reshape those any way I really like it anyway good job
Love it , all but the feet--they look like clown shoes...sorry Just straight round legs on a flat base underneath would look better and not take away from the design in my opinion. But yall do yall! It's yours!
He did the hot toe dance. You can't come to work half dressed. Even steel toes would be a a good idea. If that heavy steel cylinder falls from chest high it could easily land on his boots. It definitely was a great family moment.
omg clancy i know the pain. now you gonna have to get a new pair of shoes😂. remember wear BOOTS next time in the shop tennis shoes are for everything else
Pain is a great teacher and motivator. He will listen or he will learn the hard way. He is getting good at welding. I have seen worse welds on production trailers!
Great teacher, and great student! This turned out much cooler then I thought it was going too. Cody, you're a great dad. Teaching your son many trades is the best thing a parent can do, to get your children ready for this world we live in. Life is tough, but being prepared is key, to make it a lil easier. I love watching you'll's journey. I don't always comment, but I definitely watch. God Bless!
Archie and Erica,Teaching your son trades and how to be a man. How to problem solve, is so so valuable. Thank you to ALL parents that are REAL PARENTS. Clancy you will be amazing and benefit in this life.
In past videos ( a while back) it seemed that anything Cody said was sinking in. Now we see he does have some skills. Thank you for taking time to work with him. Nothing like seeing a father and son working together. Is Cody trying to grow a handlebar mustache. I noticed he's twirling those ends a lot.😊
