Just because you have had a wide variety of experiences in your life (or lack thereof) doesn't mean you are a good or bad person. You have just had experiences, that's all. I hate the idea of "purity" because so many people that would be considered pure may not be kind people. It is much more important how you treat others on a regular basis than some concept of 'purity' that is most likely based on religious dogmas.
